I talked to Mike on the phone because someone referred me to him. I wasn't sure exactly if what he did was the service I needed. When I told him this, he said, "well, what the hell you calling me for?" I'm a mellow, laid-back guy....tried to explain, but to no avail. Literally wanted to argue with me when I tried to explain my position. I wouldn't even think about doing business with this guy, if he was the last "handyman" on Earth. I'm glad he showed his true colors early on. I mean, seriously...I've never been treated with that much disrespect, over a question I wasn't sure how to ask. WHAT A F***ING JERK!!!!

BEWARE!!!! The owner is unresponsive to the customer. I hired Mike Blackburn to cut a couple of trees down and seal my chimney. Mike wanted 1400 dollars up front and 1000 at the completion. I paid him 1400. Mike never showed up to do that work. After 3 months of calling and texting Mike I told him to refund me the 1400. He told me I would have to take him to court to get my money. Then he told me he sent me a check. Then he told me he refunded my credit card. Then he told me he refunded my credit card again. He lies often. So I have no confidence in Mike whatsoever. He is unreliabie and very unprofessional. I called the county to find out if he has a license. He does not have a license in Kenton County where his business is located and not in Campbell County where my home is located. I would check his insurance before hiring him if you want to take that risk. Remember he is not honest with what he tells you. Next we will go to small claims court.

Mike finally refunded my 1400 dollars after much effort and lies about the refund.
