I finally found my forever PCP.... I feel very lucky to have Dr Vi Nguyen as my PCP and this business lives up to it's name...the staff and Drs are extremely nice and knowledgeable and helpful... If you have been contemplating a change then you won't be disappointed making a change and coming here

stay away from this place! do yourself a favor and never even try to enter this office. office stuff in general are fine, the doctor is a horrible person and mistreated everyone office stuff and patient.

Dr. Nan Jiang is the best doctor anyone in my family has had. All 8 members of my family visit her. She is very smart and always knows what the issue is. She is not the type of doctor who prescribes you random medications just to take your money, she knows exactly what to give you to help and only if it is necessary, she truly cares for your health. I recommend her for anyone I meet who needs a new doctor.

The doctors have been very kind; receptionists knowledgeable.
The wait is alright.

This clinic was able to help my mom tremendously after she developed fairly severe pain in the shoulder after lifting some heavy boxes. I was so worried and nobody has been able to help her before she was seen here. Everyone was nice and professional and we felt confident that we are in good hands.

Dr Wang is the consummate professional at his specialty of physical pain management. He was very thorough at running various range of motion and nerve conductivity tests to figure out the cause of my mom's pain (pinched nerve at c6). It was such a relief to get a diagnosis finally.

Dr Joel Cheng is amazing at physical therapy. He was super patient, knowledgeable, effective, and very enthusiastic at educating my mom on what she should do, how, and why. After the first therapy session she went from being stiff and hunched over in pain to being almost light as a feather. She was literally beaming when she got out of the appointment!

Dr. Vi Nguyen showed extreme care and consideration during my multiple visits. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care physician.

Dr Jiang has been our family physician for about 14 years now. She does a wonderful and excellent job. She is caring and compassionate and very intelligent and knowledgeable. My family and I highly recommend. Her staff does a good job, as well.

I cannot begin to express my satisfaction with the staff here. The hours they are available are wonderful(open Saturdays). I was running about 15 minutes late to my appointment and they didn't turn me away! The wait to see Dr.Jiang was under 20 minutes which is shocking for a doctors's appointment.The Doctor, nurses & front staff were very professional,courteous, and very thorough. I scheduled my appointment on ZocDoc which was very easy and I was able to fill out ALL my New Patient paperwork (medical history ect) online before my visit which made it very efficient. Dr. Nan Jiang's bedside manners were fantastic and she explained everything in detail. Over all my first time here was great!

This place exemplifies the worst of our drive through society. It is not convenient. It is not fast. It is not good. At best it is adequate. There is a prolonged wait in the waiting room and another in the exam room. For the approximate ten seconds of the doctors completely distracted time I get the fees are exorbitant. There is no listening... period. If you try to extend your ten seconds the door is opened and you are unsubtly ushered out. While waiting you may be visited by three characters (a la ghosts of Christmas Past) the first to take vitals, the second to ask some specifics of visit and the third (the doc) to ask the same questions as second while writing a script and not listening to anything you may say.

I felt some soar throat on a Friday night.I had a bad feeling.I woke up.My soar throat was painful.It was on a Saturday.I guessed that the most doctors were sleeping.I thought that there might one doctor who might be working on Saturday in Houston Chinatown.I went to there.I found Prompt Care Medical clinic. Yes, It was open.I met Dr. Jiang. She was so nice.I am Okay. The prices were reasonable just like other stores in China town. It seems to me that they practice "Western medicine." I think they don't use a needle. Even if you are afraid of "Oriental Medicine", You don't have to worry about that.LOL.Anyway, If you don't feel well on a Saturday, Please visit this clinic.
