CPR/AED classes, BLS certification, First-Aid training, and ACLS classes in Sacramento. We provide classes for individuals and businesses throughout the Sacramento region. What separates us from the competitors is that our entire team of instructors is made up of local first responders and professional educators in the field, including Firefighters, Paramedics, Military, Law Enforcement and EMT's. Our CPR classes provide common sense, to-the-point knowledge and skills to each student to help prepare them for real-life emergencies! Professional CPR provides weekly CPR classes and BLS certification and ACLS training in Sacramento at our classroom location in Sacramento CA/Rancho Cordova CA. We also provide onsite CPR training Sacramento to groups and businesses throughout Northern California. Our skilled instructors will bring the classroom to your home, office or business. Our CPR classes are also much shorter in order to focus on the need-to-know information versus simply reading through the book.

I dreaded renewing my CPR Cert. I understand the value but often have felt the training were long and sometimes difficult to retain all the i information in videos. I learned about a training at my work and signed up. Kassidy smith was my instructor and she was amazing!! I learned so much from her and she had everyone's attention from start to finish. The time flew by and I felt to much better at giving CPR. She gave practical stories of her experiences which made everything really think. I cannot possibly recommend her enough. She's a star at this,

Robert was an excellent instructor. as a retired career fire service paramedic I needed a valid cpr card for a volunteer opportunity. Robert taught it in a realistic and educational way. thank you. I would definitely recertify with this business in the future.

The instructor was very professional. Shared life experiences and gave great feedback.

Our assigned instructor was not present on arrival, so called and alerted the head office. They tried to contact him, when unable to reach him they found an alternate and our class was only delayed about 30 minutes. - Ashley M.Sacramento, CA145316Jun 26, 2023
For the Healthcare Professionals Renewal class:
This was by far the best class I've ever taken. Emily was our instructor and I feel like although this wasn't new information to me, she made it SO informative and relevant with the most current guidelines. I loved her class and would take this over any other offered class my employer would cover. I left feeling very informed and truly renewed and ready for whatever comes my way.
Excellent class, Emily!!!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Rachel S.Folsom, CA6685Jun 15, 2023
I was expecting more than two minutes of hands on experience in a 3 hour class. Some of the students couldn't perform CPR at all when leaving, and still got certificates. I'm genuinely concerned that people can claim to be trained in CPR and EAP, show proof even! And not have a clue how to perform it.
Although I've paid my $95 and paid close attention during class, I don't even know if I was practicing properly.
Please, if this is a skill you truly want to learn, go somewhere that will actually make sure you leave knowing what you're doing. This place is NOT it.
You get handed your certificates before class even begins. They don't care if you leave knowing anything or not.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Business owner information

Hi Rachel, thank you so much for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear that you did not have a positive class experience. Our goal is to ensure that every student leaves feeling confident that they know how to perform CPR skills in an emergency, and it's our instructors' job to provide quality teaching and practice to meet that goal. Additionally, certifications are never to be handed out prior to course completion as that is against our training policies. We will be following up with your instructor regarding this matter to ensure that proper procedures are followed and classes are taught to standard.
We always appreciate feedback so we can continue to improve and provide the best possible training for our students. - Randal N.Carmichael, CA2317Jan 14, 2024
Above and Beyond.
This course doesn't just check off a box for a certificate, it equips and enables you to confidently step up if you encounter someone with a life threatening issue. Dominique is articulate and engaging as she presents a vast amount of critical information with humor and an interactive style. I hope I never have to use the important skills from this class, but it is good to know they are they if someone needs them.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Robert C.Concord, CA03Mar 1, 2024
I've been an ICU nurse for 40 years. Mike Pollock is probably the best instructor I've seen. Patient with the newbies, sense of humor, and practical suggestions to improve outcomes based on his extensive field experience. Highly recommended!

Took on the class for a job/intern. The class was pretty informative and fun for my first time. The exam is open book but I didn't need it. Will come back for a renewal.
