I was in dire need of eyeglass repair . The wonderful lady at Professional Opticians took care of me. I was

Quick, professional service when I needed some repairs to two pairs of glasses while on vacation. Also provided a great recommendation for new frames based on how much I love both current pairs. Highly recommend!

My father-in-law's frame snapped at the bridge and he needed his lenses put in a new frame urgently. We called and Marnie invited us to come on down.
Lickily, she had a frame that fit bis lenses. 15 minutes later, we were out the door with our problem solved.
This is a clean, modern store with reasonable prices and stellar customer service.

Great customer service. They put my prescription in a current pair of my sunglasses, and took the time to ensure it was perfect. Prescription sunglasses in a week - couldn't be happier.

I am currently working here in Nags Head, NC and live in Florida, couple weeks ago I broke my only pair of glasses and went to one of those warehouse type of glasses place and purchased two pairs since they said would take about 3 days, 2 weeks later my glasses were just shipped and delivered to my hotel. The 2 pairs of glasses were shipped in a box the size of a 4 pack of butter and as flimsy and the glasses were in cloth cases and were all twisted and bent when I received them. I brought them to this place and in 15 minutes the lady behind the counter performed her magic and my glasses were perfect. I asked her how much the repairs were and she didn't charge me a dime. The lady was the most nicest and friendlies person I met so far and the definition of customer service. This place deserves 10 stars.

What's worse than a sunburn, or food poisoning on a beach vacation? Breaking your only pair of eyeglasses! Can't drive without my glasses so I got on the phone and called all the Opticians on the strip and thankfully called "Professional Opticians". They had a value package right up my alley price wize $99.00 total and the lovely lady who helped me made sure I didn't buy a dorky pair - plus they were ready in just one hour. I would highly recommend them and with over 30 years in business they've proven a high standard of service and a quality product.

Great service! Friendly, helpful, vacation savers!
Those are only a few complementary words I can use to describe them. The biggest compliment is HONEST.
I lost my prescription sunglasses. Being on the beach without sunglasses is a key ingredient to triggering a headache. I walked into Professional Opticians at 4:30. They were willing to help. After a call to the lab, I would only have to suffer ocean glare for one more day. The optician offered me another option--clip-ons. She could have sold me an expensive pair of glasses. Instead she saved me a bundle by selling me the clip-ons.
If you lose your glasses while at the OBX...visit these folks!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0
