Printing Innovations

Printing Innovations is a fantastic place to go for printing. I have used them for a few years now and will continue to do so. I have had a variety of jobs go to them and every time the outcome is a professional, technically perfect, and great looking product.

They make my job as a designer so easy. I completely trust them and once a job leaves my hands to theirs, my stress level drops considerably. And, the turn-around times are usually quick. I love being able to support a local printer and not just because Ken, the owner, personally picks up the files and hand delivers the final product.

The company I used to work with for 6 years was using Printing Innovations for packaging header cards, manuals, etc. before I even started working there. I've used them as a print vendor for a long time and I decided it's about time they got an awesome Yelp!

Ken Robinson, the owner, is a down to earth, friendly guy that goes out of his way to personally drop off jobs or even just to stop by and say hello. No matter how many times we called him up with the most impossible headache of a deadline (and we really tested the limit) he ALWAYS came through. He saved us countless times during trade show season or when we just HAD to get the job in our hands ASAP or you knew someone's butt would be on the line! No matter how many revisions on proofs we did, he never lost his cool. He'll also be up front with you and tell you that if you want to make your date--that's it, no more changes! Printing Innovations also saved the day more than once with their archives to replace old files we couldn't find.

I just had Ken print my sister's baby announcement and my whole family loves the job that he did. This is a great example of why I love working with him. It doesn't matter if you're printing 10,000 vs 300, some crazy complicated print piece or even something bare bones and simple. He still gives your job the same attention and care.

I trust Ken completely. Often times, he would catch something on a proof that we missed in-house. And you know, more often than not you are just too slammed with work to leave the office for a press check. You just want to send the files out, proof it, move on to the next project, and relax knowing that the printing is all taken care of.

As a high demand yet low volume client the team at Printing Innovations always delivers despite our relatively low quantity orders. Many printers will ignore small orders or push them to the side. This is never the case at Printing Innovations.

Working for a large real estate firm we have access to many deep discount printing services and none even come close to Printing Innovations combination of low prices, quality service and stunning print products. We have had hundreds of property brochures printed over the years and I really feel Ken's quality is the best I have ever seen. The colors really pop off the page as Ken knows his paper! As he will tell you printing is his life.

It is hard to find a company and team as dedicated as Ken and his crew. Having worked with Ken over the years on various projects I can say he is probably the nicest person I ever met. He has a very down to earth and calming personality. He has a great sense of humor which makes tedious printing projects enjoyable.

The best part of Ken's service for us is he hand delivers our projects to our office! Very few business owner's this day in age take the time to personally touch their clients. He also never hesitates to sit down with us and find out in detail what we want for our next project. .

Overall there printing products are incredible quality, turnaround time is always lightning quick and they are simply honest, hardworking and kind people. That can really be a lost art in modern day society and it is rare find such an amazing company.
