I was incredibly impressed with the service I received. My printer would not power on. Greg helped me troubleshoot and then came out within 24 hours to look at himself. While the cost to repair the printer didn't make it worth it, Greg didn't charge for the visit. I would gladly recommend him for his honesty and impressive customer service.

I reached out to this business because I was having some issues in the quality of my prints. Greg replied back with a few questions to diagnose my problem and then directed me to the parts I needed and gave me a very reasonable quote. Now I'm up and running again like new and thankful for their service.

Ridiculously fast service. Came out same day, had part in stock and fixed my issue in a few minutes! Hopefully I don't need Greg again but if I have any issues with any printers he will be the first one I call.

I called around a few places I found on Yelp but Greg was the most responsive and helpful. He was able to fix our printer issue and drastically improve print quality by replacing a part. He also helped me check our other printers while he was in our office. Very good value for the service provided and will not hesitate to contact them again if we need anything else.

Great service. I had a printer I bought at the Goodwill for $30. It worked a couple of times then I got a code number appeared. I Googled the printer and it's retail value was $800 so I figured it was worth saving. I called around and only the Printer Repair Experts knew what the problem was. They came to pick it up and I didn't pay until the repair was completed. It cost me about $200 but it was well worth it. The printer works every single day with no problems. It is running very smoothly. I recommend highly recommend them for their expertise.

After two days of watching YouTube videos and trying to fix our printer tray jam we called Printer Repair Experts, Greg return the call within 30 minutes! Lightning fast wow!
He offered troubleshooting over the phone but we really just needed him to take care of it for us since we are busy doctors office.
Greg gave us same-day service within a couple hours of calling and even replace the roller that was worn all under $100. We were already starting to think of purchasing a new $600 printer and Printer Repair Experts saved the day and our loved Cannon printer!!!
If you're having printer problems call now this is the best service I have had with computers and printers ever and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. Everyone else I called wanted me to carry this great big huge printer to my car and drive it to them but Greg came to our rescue!

These guys are great!!!! My office in Santa Fe Springs has a printer that was jamming and had bad prints. I called Expert Printer Repair and explained what my printer was doing. The support rep knew exactly what was wrong with the printer. The tech was here within 2 hours. He had all the parts need to repair the printer. He was in and out within 40 minutes. Great service technician and great pricing. Great Job!!!
