I've never had anyone else do my eyebrows. I have always been a tweezing do-it-yourselfer.

After a baby and working 60 hr weeks for months on end, let's say the eyebrows were neglected. I thought it the perfect time for someone to have a enough growth to shape something complimentary to my face.

Sarah was the one! I found her on yelp, and she was wonderful. Not as painful as I was expecting - and she was quick and helpful with tips on eyebrow makeup.

Will return when they need a re-do.

Micro blading eyebrow services: I went to Pretty Parlor back in early 2018 to get my eyebrows microbladed. They cost a pretty penny as microbladed eyebrows do. My qualm with their service is that I was told they pigment they were using was semi permanent and would fade after a couple years. This is what made me comfortable to have the service done.Fast forward 3 years and the eyebrow pigment is still on my skin.This is so unfortunate because not only was I not particularly happy with the placement and shape of the eyebrows but now it seems I am stuck with them forever. I never would have had this service done if I knew they were akin to tattooing my face. I contacted Pretty Parlor and was told they should have been faded by now-and if not they would be gone by spring this year. Spring has come and they're not budging. I am so dissatisfied that I am stuck with these on my face for life.

Have been going to PP for 4 years. I travel two hours each way since the services are the ultimate! I highly recommend them!

I love these ladies. They're all so sweet and welcoming! Their location is cute and small, I love it. I get overwhelmed in crazy chaotic salons where it feels like they give you a standard cut then shove you out the door. Pretty parlor is personal, you really feel like the attention is on you when you're in there.

I've been getting my hair done by Ivy for about a year now, and I plan to stay with her as long as she's in Reno! My hair was a disaster and she saved it. I had her cut most of it off recently, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out, she knew exactly what I wanted. I trust her completely. She gets me :) I highly recommend her if you're looking for a natural blonde look.

I'll start with the obvious; brows are everything. Finding an aesthetician who you can trust with your brows is soooo important and if there's one piece of advice I can give everyone-- it's go to Sarah for your brows!!!! I'm never ever going to anyone else besides her for all of eternity because I'm in LOVE. I recommended a friend after I got mine done and she said she had never been so impressed with her brows too!
Not only are the brows amazing-- I've gotten a facial AND my hair done at the pretty parlor and i couldn't be happier with any of my experiences. If you're looking for a great hair cut/color-- Dena is just amazing phenomenal. She took me from a platinum blonde to a gorgeous chocolate brown in one sitting and I was just blown away.
I recommend this cute parlor to anyone and everyone!

I booked an appointment online and when I showed up I waited outside for 20 minutes, called, knocked, and nothing. When someone finally came to the door, they had no idea what I was talking about. Why allow me to book an appointment online (as suggested) and then Not honor my appointment? Extremely disappointed

I decided to put my fear aside and come here to get my eyebrows done and I'm glad I did. I absolutely love my brows done by Sarah and already set up another appointment to get them done again with her. I will definitely be coming here to get them done for as long as I can!

Love this place. Hannah is so wonderful! I have been going there for about 7 months. I get my hair colored and cut there. I followed her from the other salon.I just moved to South Reno from another state and never been to Midtown before I started going to Hannah. It is just a cute area.
What is really great about Pretty Parlor is booking all of my appointments online.

I have been getting facials from Sarah for awhile now and I can totally say I WOKE UP LIKE THIS!

Not only is she amazing with facials, but with brows! I seriously bit the bullet because I didn't think I could trust anybody with my brows, but let me tell you, this is one relationship that I don't think is going to end anytime soon!
