I love coming here to grab a quick bite of breakfast before I head to work! Most of the time, I am craving for something warm and filling that isn't a pastry. They have a huge selection here ranging from acai bowls to omelettes and breakfast burritos. They literally have everything here - there is always something here to satisfy my cravings :) I love how spacious this location is as well. Staff is always friendly and I love how different their selections are! Not your typical grab-n-go place

I really like Pret. A great addition to the LMA for a quick bite for breakfast or lunch, also a good place to set up with your laptop. The set-up accommodates for the hordes of folks commuting in and out of the area by allowing for an entire wall (pretty much) of grab-and-go options, many of which are quite healthy!

Some of my favorites are the quiches, yogurt "pots," salads, and sweets. Coffee is fairly priced for the area and is self-service for basic, hot coffee.

5-stars, though, for the SERVICE. The staff is awesome. They are happy to find an item for you if it appears out of stock up front, etc. Coworkers and I have had nothing but great interactions here! Kudos.

This location is very busy during lunch time, however whenever I come, there is never a long line! Their food is fresh and I have had a few of their salads, those are my favorite. It's all fresh and the staff are super quick with checkout. If you're looking for sandwiches hot or cold you'll probably find something here! They also have soup and some baked goods. One of the reasons I came here was I needed something to eat that I could grab fast and let me tell you. I was checked out so fast I honestly thought it would take longer.

The inside is a bit industrial looking, definitely good for a working lunch if need be. Lots of places to sit with groups. Definitely would come here to grab a quick tea next time I'm around!

Rounding up from 3.5 stahis is such a popular chain all over the UK, it's nice to see in Boston. However, it's not the worst. In the UK, they have sushi options at their Pret, but here they don't. It's fine. You don't want sushi from them anyway.

Affordable, fresh, decent quality airport food. Great for on-the-go meals & healthier (depending on what you get) than most fast food restaurants.

Their Mac & Cheese is my jam. I don't even care for Mac & Cheese like that, but it's delicious.

Had their egg white omelette this morning - also pretty good. Scooped that whole thing right into my pie hole.

Their salads are okay. It's probably because I keep choosing the wrong dressing, so they're actually pretty good.

      Their soups pretty great too!

Extremely friendly staff, lots of seating, fast lines. Shout out to the wonderful generosity the staff exudes. Might prefer Clover's food to Pret's, but the staff is the best here.

Known to infrequent international travelers as that French place in the subway and airport, Pret A Manger has been showing up around Boston with this being its newest location.

Prime property location in Longwood Medical area this location is right in the corner of Longwood Ave and Brookline across from the Galleria. It's a pretty little place.

Looks like they have plenty of room for the hordes to line up, but they seem a little short on seating, for an American joint anyways. My first trip, 8am their first business day, the staff are nice but nervous, and they are going to have to deal with opening day bugs...

Pret USA is apparently branding itself as organic but I'll try not to hold that against them. Not bad coffee,2.79 for a 12 oz latte, pain au chocolat 2.29. The pain au chocolate aka chocolate croissant is nice and flakey and at 8am the chocolate was still warm and gooey on the inside. So far so good. Prices are similar to nearby Starbucks and Caffe Nero. I'd say Pret will compete with Caffe Nero for Quality and freshness, Starbucks is just here. You can still get a GOOD cheap coffee 2 blocks away from my fav trolley cart though. More to follow...

Espresso shot is cheaper than peets& Starbucks. The flavor is bold and i like that. They have a variety of grab& go sandwiches and salads. A little lacking with pastries but I came in around 4pm so maybe they have more in the morning.
      So far so good!

I come here sometimes to grab some breakfast before work. Very convenient for people who work in the longwood medical area. I have tried the chocolate chip cookie, chocolate croissant, and almond croissant. All were very good! I always ask for strawberry jam with my chocolate croissant and they get me a little packet from their fridge. The coffee-- nothing special. I've tried the iced mocha a couple times but there's always some cocoa powder at the bottom and it's just not that great. Sometimes they'll take a while to make those kinds of drinks in the morning, they're faster if you just order a hot or iced coffee. I tried their lunch once and got a chicken burrito. I must say it was very good and very convenient as it's ready-made. I would say it is a little over-priced though.

As for their service... it's a mixed bag. There's a woman there who might be the manager? Not quite sure, but she always has an attitude. Or maybe it's just the way she talks? Either way, it comes across as rude. There are a couple people who work there who are super friendly and deliver great customer service!! So it's definitely not all bad.

I'd want to give maybe 3 or 3.5 stars. Not 4 or 5 because I think they take too long to make drinks in the morning, manager uses rude tone of voice, and the coffee could be better. I really only go here because it's so close to work.

I walk by this place every morning and thought I would give it a try at lunchtime today. Immediately, I fell in love with the concept of this sandwich/coffee shop! Everything is made with the freshest organic ingredients! My Chicken Caesar on the artisan baguette was divine! And any sandwiches they don't sell, they give it away to charity. [: [: [:

The place was surrounded by chic decors and furnitures. And there were tall glass windows surrounding the front end of the shop so there's a lot of light in the room. I sat in the front to people watch but one of the worker asked me to move at the oddest time to change the 'straight from the oven' sign. I mean... What were they doing all morning that they couldn't change it before people are settled in there for lunch? They lost a star for lack of preparation.

I gave a presentation today to the folks at the center on media and Child health. Afterwards we bought them lunch here. I've never been to one of these restaurants before but found it to be suitable.

Because I come from a landlocked state I couldn't pass up the lobster salad. The dressing blended nicely with the lobster and avocado and asparagus tips. It sounds better than it actually was. It was mediocre.

I also ordered a small chicken pesto sandwich. It was on a baguette which was cold and somewhat tough, but the flavor was pretty good.

For dessert I ordered a peaches and cream cookie. It was amazing!

All in all my experience it was OK. I think this would be a decent place to grab a quick bite if you work nearby or don't have much time.
