Can't say enough about Premier Toyota. Due to an unfortunate circumstance, I needed to trade in the first car I purchased here for another. With newborn twins and plenty of family things going on, Josh in sales, Russ in service (& his team), Drew in finance, along with management helped to take care of the situation promptly & without any pressure so that I could get back to my family. This is the second car I've purchased in as many months & I cant imagine working with another dealership. While I have family that work in this business out west, I dont even think I would have received the type of service from them that I did from Premier Toyota. Don't go anywhere else.

A majority of the employees are very rude. (Few were actually polite). The pricing on most work is a little steep compared to what I've seen over the years. They spilled oil all over my engine bay, didn't even try to clean it up before giving it back. Just a lot of little things that don't make it a pleasant visit. (Vehicle was also making noises it never previously made before coming to this Toyota dealership.) Ended up having to come back to have things fixed that never should have never been touched in the first place, which in turn made me waist more of my time. Just a little irritating!

Since April I have had the car in for repair three times. My charges
have been over 6,000.00 and the car doesn't even start, even with
a new battery and new electrical system. This dealership clearly
does not know what it's doing. They don't seem to have experienced
repairmen who know how to fix the cars. Toyota Corporate Headquarters
needs to look into this dealership and help those of us who are
being victimized. I will say everyone has been very kind but kindness

I worked with Stephen and he was great! He was able to help me find what I was looking for, work within my desired price range, and he was quick. That is the least amount of time I've ever spent at a dealership. I also worked with their finance guy, I can't remember his name but he's been there 11 years. He was able to easily explain everything, got it done quickly, and was enjoyable to talk to in the process!

We bought a used car from them this summer and it's been an awful experience. We were told the car was in excellent mechanical condition, but we've had to take it in 3 times for repairs so far, including a new transmission. Do not recommend this dealership.

Hands-down, one of the Best dealership experiences I've ever had! No pressure, courteous and kind sales people. Collin Is very knowledgeable and helpful!
Jen in finance is a no-nonsense direct and caring person. Their facility is clean and very organized. Even the music in there is better than most. Typically, most dealers give you the runaround from salesman to Sales Manager to finance etc. I loved the fact that Collin, Was more like a concierge than a high-pressure sales person. No gimmicks! It was worth the drive to Amherst and I will definitely do business with them again! I would like to say that Premier Toyota was an awesome experience, This was my Thrid Toyota with Premier I would like to say Dan Smith salesman was Top notch.

Phill was awesome! No pressure, didn't make me feel rushed, explained everything so well and didn't move on until he knew I understood what he was saying, and wasn't obscenely nice. You know the type: overzealous, loud, too friendly, too chatty... he was relaxed, pleasant, very patient, informative without plowing me over with too much information, and generally just very down to earth.
And props to Premier for hiring a tattoo'd Californian . I think it's great when a company doesn't get hung up on someone's past or personal tastes (within reason of course.) I could see his small tattoos on his hand and even though the shirt sleeve went down to the wrist, could tell he was hiding quite a few more. That tells me that this company is willing to hire people based on more than just looks, and I personally love it when ability supersedes appearances.
Phill is great and everyone involved in my sale was wonderful and personable. I am very happy with this business!
And Phill, thanks for dealing with me when I'd only had 2 hours of sleep in just under 32 hours. Lol I'm sure I looked dazed and confused through the process but you did great!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 1
