My overall experience with premier pools & spas was great. Tara and Matt were excellent in their professionalism and very pleasant to talk to. They We're efficient and addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner. The pool was constructed in the time frame provided. I recommend this contractor for those looking for an inground swimming pool.

Worst customer service I have ever encountered! Owner actually cursed me on the phone when I asked for a date on installing that was already 5 months behind in schedule. It also took one year to build my pool. They will take your money and treat you rude and lie to you about when they are coming out. Go someplace else and have less stress and grief!

I absolutely love the pool Premier Pools & Spas in Mandeville built for me! They were very nice and their crews were very professional! They worked hard and I'm extremely happy with my pool and all the equipment they sold me is top of the line.

NO POOL BOSS HERE!! Keep looking for another company. Horrid service, NO COMMUNICATION, NEGLEGENCE, UNPROFESSIONAL, UNTIMELY. THE OWNER, YELLED AT ME AND HUNG UP ME. I called to asked if we should continue to pour gunite if washing machine and toilet water was shooting out. They cut drainage lines, pipes and most of which was not obvious....didnt say a thing. We paid thousands of dollars to SEARCH and repair cut lines. Don't sign that contract!!! Have your attorney to review and revise it. Its meant to only protect them. Add timelines and a schedule of firm dates. Add that what they SAY..VERBALLY...IS BINDING. Add...that they will mark and notify you of any and all lines cut and removed IMMEDIATELY. DONT WANNA DISCOVER BLUE TOILET WATER PUDDLES IN YOUR YARD LIKE WE DID. I can only communicate with Judy as Westly is clearly unstable and needs a vacation and some help. She tries her best but the end of the line is Westly. I have never been treated so poorly when all I expect or ask for is for them to be pool professionals. Sitting at about day 75... We went 30 days with no action after gunite. We had to call and look for them. So now we are at an impasse. No satisfaction...no pay. Look at the sides of our pool and tell me would you be satisfied. I have emailed...called. NO COMMUNICATION. Im here to warn you. Pick someone....anyone else. POOL BOSS...NOT!

Here's another update one year later. Still disappointed. The company that they hired to do the tiling completely messed up and use the wrong cement so they had to come out and redo it. Then when they came out and redid it they left a bunch of mess all over our water feature. Benjamin came out, to clean it, and yes he tried very hard and the best that he could. About a month after the pool was done our light switch that had an automatic light and timer went out. Benjamin came out and And literally put an indoor light switch to turn on our pool light. Here we are a year later and we still have the generic indoor light switch to turn our pool light on and off. Our pavers, they did a horrible job. The pavers are loose, and they are not very good quality whatsoever. If you want to pool, do not use this pool company. Please do your research, and do whatever you can to avoid this place at all cost.

They built us a beautiful pool but getting them to respond to emails, calls, or follow up on issues is basically impossible. I have had requests into them for the last 5 months to come and address issues. I have reached out to their office manager Judy as well as the owner Wesley at least 10 times with zero action on their part. Literally the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Buyer beware.

PSA: If you or anyone you know is ever in the market to have a swimming pool installed, DO NOT use Premier Pools & Spas - New Orleans ! We were warned against using them by a neighbor but went ahead with them anyway & boy do we regret it! They are the most unprofessional, rude & unreliable company I have ever come into contact with! Every single phase of our project has been a fight to get things done. We were told 2-4 weeks for permits & then construction would take 6-8 weeks. They didn't submit the proper paperwork required for permitting, so that ended up taking 5 weeks & we didn't even hear from them when the permit was approved. We found out days later when the placard showed up on our porch from the parish! Then they made us wait 2 wks after that to even dig the pool! Construction was supposed to take 8 weeks. Here we are sitting at week THIRTEEN with an incomplete pool, botched concrete job (rough, rugged edges, unstraight lines & orange/black stains all over) & they are refusing to finish the pool until we PREPAY the final payment with no guarantee in writing that they will resolve the issues with the concrete deck. They are claiming to be within their contracted time frame due to rain days, yet we have documented 4 weeks where PPS NOLA did ZERO work at our project & these were weeks where there was little to no rain!! How can they ethically do this?! They have jerked us around, lied about scheduling and been downright disrespectful and rude to us. We will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. I pray NOONE has to ever go through what we have with this company. If I could give 0 stars I would!! Please please please look around & get a company that people recommend. This was the worst company I could have ever dealt with. I spent close to 100k on my pool so I would think I would have gotten better customer service but NO! They are consistent with getting their payments but good luck getting in touch with anyone once you've paid. I'm STILL waiting on all my equipment manuals and the pool has been done about 6 months. I've contacted 2 pool service companies to start a cleaning service & neither one of them had anything good to say about them. Do yourself a favor & do your homework.

Pool came out decent, but do not let these guys build your deck it came out so horrible i had to hire another contractor to remove it and build a new one. Oh and there customer service sucks big time!
