I've worked with them on 3 projects: garage project ; family room cabinets and pantry for my parents.
the designer is very patient and knowledgeable - they provide a drawing and quote within 48 hours. It's easy to contact them with questions and revisions. I love the personal service as they come to your home at no cost.
The product is durable and looks great: The install teams are very efficient, polite and no nonsense.
I had an issue - the owner listened to my concerns and personally made sure it was handled.
I've shopped around and I found this company to be stellar and above the rest! Several of my neighbors saw the great job done in my garage and also worked with them. I highly recommend their product and service.

Tailored Living has installed over 5 full closets and our garage cabinets. Victor just came to fix something that needed some attention on Friday and he was AMAZING! Listened to my needs and was able to get the job done efficiently, quietly and very timely, even when I was on a work call.

I'm honestly shocked and surprised to see some of these low ratings because I literally had the best experience. I sourced 4 different companies to request a design consultation and get quotes to redo my small master bedroom walk-in closet. Out of all 4, Tailored Living/Tailored Closet provided the fastest, smoothest, and most amazing service with the most competitive pricing. My design consultant, Joey Wayne, was super friendly from the beginning which immediately established my trust in him. Out of all 4 companies, he was the quickest to respond and was the ONLY one who was able to share with me the design mockup literally within the same day and he even shared it with me via email which was super convenient. The other companies required me to visit their showroom days later so they could show me the design in person. Ain't nobody got time for that!

Joey was super quick and responsive and really listened to my needs. He was able to make tweaks here and there until we got to the perfect design (literally just 2 iterations). And I'm telling you, when I asked if he could adjust something, he would respond quickly with a new mock-up each time. I never had to wait more than a few hours to get an updated design. He was always very quick and responsive. I can't stress that enough. When it came to the final design, what he came up with was PERFECT and suited all my needs. He was able to provide extra storage solutions without compromising any hanging space. Once I signed the contract, we were able to schedule the installation 2 weeks out! This is incredible compared to the other companies where they told me installation would take 12-16 weeks! Unreal!

Communication was excellent. I received text messages and reminders about the upcoming installation date and how to prepare. Everyone I ever interacted with on the phone was nice and friendly.

On the day of the installation, the installers were on time and friendly as well. They got the job done within the estimated time and there were no surprises or setbacks. There's always a part of me that thinks at some point something is going to go wrong, but I was amazed to see them do such a wonderful job. They did amazing work and I literally just stare at my new closet in awe of how beautiful it looks. The space seems even bigger and brighter now and so clean and organized. I will DEFINITELY come back to work on other projects in the future, like my garage, and hope to work with Joey again. Couldn't be happier with how it turned out. This is a huge Christmas present to myself. Thank you, team!

I requested a garage makeover including epoxy flooring for the entire garage and installation of cabinets to compliment the floors and to give space efficiency. My daughter enjoys spending time in the garage - uses it like a studio apartment so the ambience we were seeking was exceeded beyond our expectations by the team of professionals we encountered with Premier Garage and Tailored Cabinets. from the initial quote to the team arriving on the day at the agreed time - we met some pretty awesome folks at Premier! they helped move items out of the garage that were too heavy for my daughter and I to lift- they were careful and considerate of our items. Their work is phenomenal! I can't express enough about the high quality of work done and the sheer joy we are experiencing as a result. Their pricing is very fair for the quality of work they deliver and I will be calling on them again for closet cabinets in the near future... highly recommend this company to complete garage projects Barbara W

I loved the customed individualized approach to my consultation that allowed me to brainstorm my vision for our pantry with expert guidance from Veny. The scheduling was good and it was great working with Kelly to set up appointments. The installation crew were very good and diligent with the install.  Although some parts were delayed, the team worked quickly to get the remaining parts installed in good time.

Overall a professional friendly experience from start to finish. The cost was also comparable to other companies but for the end product and overall experience,  I got a really great value. I  definitely will be considering Tailored Living for future projects!

Stay away. I am so surprised to see high ratings of this business. Scheduling has been a nightmare. Our closet project was scheduled a month ahead and we were told they call us the day before in regards to the time window. Nothing. We had to call the office ourselves and they couldn't give us any confirmation that the project is going forward which was frustrating since I had to take time off work. The day of installation I got a phone call in the morning, the installers confirmed they are coming and that they will be at our house in 20 minutes. One hour and a half later I'm still waiting. Had to call the office, spoke to Danielle and after the way she handled our phone conversation I am seriously doubting the integrity of this company and their projects. No basic customer service skills, no apologies for anything, providing me with remarks that "they are very busy", trying to blaming me because I was "screaming" in a phone- I did raise my voice but still managed to talk to her politely with respect. She didn't offer any resolution and mention that she will call the driver herself making it sounds like a personal favor, like she is doing something out of her way above and beyond .... After understanding how pointless it is to communicate with her I am writing this review. Keep in mind however, this is the review of just the scheduling and their customer service which brings me to another issue.... Their high project prices do not match poor service skills. I truly feel we would be in much better hands with bigger brand local companies for the similar level of pricing. Sad experience.

Veny (the co-owner) is a complete professional. It was a pleasure working with him and his team. All individuals involved throughout the process were professional and friendly. They meant what they said and said what they meant. They sent me messages at the right time, showed up at the right time, did great quality work and on time. I would recommend Premier Garage / Tailored Living to everyone.

They did OK job but wish I had gone with California closets. They dragged on work for so many weeks over schedule that we our entire family schedule was disrupted. Please stay away from these people. I went with them because they had done closets in my previous house several years ago but they have gone downhill.

Unless you want to be treated like just a number move on. They scheduled my appointment for 12/10, sent out a confirmation email, then changed it to 12/11 only to advise me on 12/10. A woman with a fake smile over the phone said I'm sorry without meaning it, and basically said too bad and wouldn't do anything to keep my appointment. Basically you are just a number to them. Definitely do not recommend.
