Had to quickly add this in today 9/3/20 - Not only did they complete the Synthetic OC in a prompt & efficient manner, but also checked air pressure/topped tires; & filled me fluids . Anyone givin this place 1,2 * , is a j____ss
This place takes a beating w reviews.
I come here frequently for my oil change on the vehicles.
Dig the speedy turnaround on the synthetic oil change- $49;
There have been Zero issues with the synthetic; not only the least pricy compared to the competitors in the area (Smeerna); but also on efficient, timely service.
I've never been party to any thefts from car (admittedly I rarely check to c if my gum or loose change has been pilfered :)
As far as service, they've always been on the up & up with meHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Jan 8, 2020Previous reviewMan, this place takes a beating w reviews.

Sidney Harris needs to take major training in customer service. I hope the owner, Nancy Liu sees this and gets their business ran better to be honest!!
"It is common sense, and I should not/ do not have to tell you what the price is on something that you may have requested for me to do that is extra labor! (According to the manager Sidney Harris)" So, this is not his exact word, but I articulated it in a more professional manner than what he told me. Please, read the entire review if you have the time to spare. If you do not have the time to spare, then TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE IS WHAT I AM TELLING OTHERS WHO DO NOT WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A FOOL OR A STUPID PERSON. That is how I felt after dealing with Sidney Harris (he is the big and tall fair skinned African American there!!)
I have never had a problem with this franchisee (not corporate owned) owned by Nancy Liu ( I have never met the owner, but I was told she comes in once a month. In my opinion, the owner should come by more than once a month to further inspect their employees in the mechanics garage specifically!!!)
I called up there around 8:08 am and spoke with a young man that is the customer service employee (young Caucasian male probably late 20s. He has been extremely helpful since day one to be honest, and he knows how to handle complex customer situations between the mechanics and the customer. He deserves a raise in my opinion!!!!!!!!!). I explained that I needed a diagnostic test performed on my car, and he gladly assisted me with true southern hospitality. I arrived at 8:25 am on July 20, 2021. They took my car into the garage shortly after I was checked in. There (1 hr. and like 20 mins. Later) I witness Sidney Harris mistreat an older African American woman (somebody's mother and grandma). She was trying her best to articulate herself (after receiving bad news about her car and etc..), and all he did was argue back with her in a defensive manner. I say he mistreated her because he did not listen and was being rudely dismissive of what she was saying (she was only being as polite as she could while crying. This rude manager Sidney Harris could careless). After, dismissing her he attended to me, and we interacted. He asked me a few questions and I answered them correctly with a yes. He then clearly explained what was going. I provided him with further explanation of what happened with my car. So, I will fast forward, I went back like 2 more times to further explain what happened with my car that I experienced. During, that time I explained that I put coolant in my car yesterday because it ran out and that I suspected that my car overheated as well combined with the other issues he told me of. He said, "I will check the coolant to see if there is a leak." I replied, "Yes, please do to make sure." He suggested the notion in the mist of me explaining myself. I would like to mention that I have ADHD, and things can go over my head when I am articulating myself. I literally had a pen and pad and asked for a printout of the parts and etc... (He printed them out for me, so I am thankful for that at least). So, he checked for that, and I came back to ask for further testing that a regular diagnostic test covers anyways. I went back those extra 2 times because he initially explained to me right in the face of the older lady he mistreated and there was a miscommunication between front desk and him on missing parts to my story so yeah. So, in the mist of the conversation, he never informed me that it would be an additional charge and the cost of that additional charge for checking for a coolant leakage. I was told of the charge by the customer service employee, and I went in their respectfully and confronted the manager about it. As before with the older woman Sidney Harris dealt with me about my issue with unprofessionalism, rudeness, and being dismissive. Sidney Harris told me, "You asked me to perform the service and I did." Me, "Sir, you suggested while I when I was explaining myself and I said yeah. You never informed me that I would be charged extra and for how much!!" Sidney Harris, "I do not have tell you that because that should be common sense!" Me, "Oh, wow! This how you treat a customer. You never informed of anything, and that is the problem here. Wow!" Sidney Harris, "Again, that is common sense. What did you expect though?" (He basically twisted my words like a money greedy individual he is!). Me, "Well sir I am not paying for that charge because that is so unfair on your part for not at least telling me it would cost extra and the amount of it!" Sidney Harris, "Well then I will just keep your car. There is nothing else to talk about then!!"... I went directly back in and was feeling so frustrated, embarrassed, and flustered. I kept my composure and told the customer service employee that they will no longer get my business ever again and that I will post an honest review of my experience/treatment today on yelp.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Oct 14, 2017
I've been to Precision Tune Auto Care on Wesley Chapel, in Decatur on multiple occasions and now once, to this location. Overall my experience with them has been pretty good, but this 1st adventure at this location left a lot to be desired. I'd be hard pressed to use this particular location again.
The customer service at the front desk was "Meh" - Aloof, inattentive and lacking.
Granted, I understand wanting to get home at the end of the day on a Friday, but eeeeeasy. The young lady at the desk was helpful, don't get me wrong, but EVERYTHING in her body language showed that she didn't want to be there.
I was told that I had about a 30 minute wait before me, but was still there for almost an hour and a half for an oil change...Really!?
It was brought to my attention at the close of things (After 2 other customers started getting a bit restless), that only 1 mechanic was working and that the owner had let the others go home a bit early, since they'd been slow. Uuuuuuuuh, shouldn't that be a disclaimer that you throw out at the beginning, so I can make an informed decision going in? I could have easily just come back in the morning.
Mechanic work is dirty and greasy; I absolutely understand that, but I also didn't appreciate seeing greasy hand prints all over my driver's side car door and in multiple other spots, when I walked out to get my car, after it had been serviced. My car didn't have to sparkle, as it wasn't sparkling when I brought it in and I wasn't getting it washed, but I shouldn't have known everywhere the mechanic had put his hands either.
Additionally, I later had to end up taking my car back, to have the maintenance and oil life lights reset for my oil change. The mechanic explained to me when I brought my car back for the reset, that sometimes getting the reset to register is a pain in the a--, and I even watched him go through the process. I understand everything doesn't always go 100% smooth - Fine.
Not the end of the world and the owner for his part, was VERY affable and engaging and helped pass the time while I waited, with some fun stories, but an upgrade in my overall experience would have been accepted with open arms.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Kay C.Marietta, GA56453Dec 13, 2019
So at first I thought this place was good . Got in and out quickly and price was fine . HOWEVER, I got a oil
Change here a month ago . My oils light came on yesterday . It has only been a month and I barely drove anywhere besides work . I take it to my regular auto body shop and they say my oil is bone dry and when is the last time I had it filled. I tell them a month ago , they ask have I done atleast 3,000 miles yet ? I say maybe 500 miles top. Essentially they tell me that this place didn't even change my oil just basically put in a new filter . There was no way they could have changed my oil and I be bone dry already !!!! I ignored all the bad reviews but they are there for a reason folks ! Never again will I use them !Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Eric J.San Francisco, CA09Nov 5, 2019
STAY AWAY!!!!! I visited this place and was told I needed rotors and break and it would cost over 900.00. I asked the lady to print out the quote. I later went to another location and was told only 613.00 for the exact same work. They are price gauging very bad.
RUN FROM THIS PLACE AS FAST AS YOU CAN.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jessica S.Milton, GA8933Oct 13, 2020
Terrible Customer Service.. Bruce does not know how to talk to customers, very unprofessional.. This location has a ridiculous policy in which they will only do oil changes between 8a-2p if using the oil change service card that was purchased.. No where is that listed on the card.. AND the shop wasn't even busy.. Nobody was in line, nobody was waiting, no cars were getting serviced.. So why not provide some customer service and assist your customers.. Not only did he hang up on me, he was extremely rude. SAYING he doesn't care if it's busy or not, he's not changing his policy..I would not recommend this location at all! Staff just sitting around but won't honor an oil change that's already paid for..

DO NOT come here! I have been a returning customer, never had a problem other than rude customer service from the Sexist owner. Recently got an oil change and he decided to steal my protection plate from under my car because he saw an opportunity with screws being missed but swears that they "zip tied" it... remind you no one said anything to me while ringing me up either! They do not have any remorse or care for the look of their business. Do not come.

I'm DONE!
I already stopped going here for any kind of repairs. Now I won't go for an oil change anymore either. Overcharged each of the last 2 times.
The place is just creepy. You'll understand immediately if you go. I really don't know how it stays open.
It used to be such a good place. Now I don't recognize anyone in there.
Go to Express Oil change just up the road for much better service and a price that doesn't change without explanation.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jun 28, 2016Previous reviewI've been using this location for 15 years. In the past two or three years I've seen some unpleasant changes. Minor repairs have cost as much or more than the dealership but have taken a little longer. The repairs are fine but if I'd known they'd cost so much I would've gone to the dealership in the first place.
The latest? (and last repair I will do there) having an easily accessible starter replaced.
$510 The dealership was charging the same amount.
Lesson learned.
I can't complain about the oil changes though.Feb 5, 2014Previous reviewThese guys are great. They have saved me hundreds of dollars over many years. I don't know everything about cars but I know people and I know when I'm being taken advantage of or when I'm being charged for unnecessary work. I've never had a problem here. Bobby manages the place and he is fantastic! He'll take the time to explain any issues without being condescending.
I've had everything done from brakes to water pumps, 100,000 mile engine work, routine maintenance and even fairly major problems.
I keep going back and I'm hard to please.
They can't possibly keep every part for every car in stock but they will get it for you and fix your car for half of what the dealer might charge you.
If you're in a huge hurry and money is no object, go to a dealership. The rest of us will go see Bobby. - Erica M.Smyrna, GA2734480Apr 28, 2017
Very rude! Didn't honor my coupon here in yelp! Tried to approach me for a date. Smoked in my face. Will not be returning whatsoever. Very unsatisfied.
