This studio in Langhorne and their other location in Yardley are both amazing. The yoga and meditation classes are the best and the space is somewhere you will want to be. Just try it and see for yourself.
I have not tried the spa yet, but I'm looking forward to it.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Deanna F.Levittown, PA706954May 4, 2017
My first yoga class was here at the Prancing Peacock in Yardley. I immediately fell in love with the location. It's tucked away off of Stoney Hill Road. I actually drove passed it looking for it. Lol I loved the pod and the peacocks o the property. The studio was very welcoming. It was fall hen I Ent and the weather was cool so the fireplace was lit. I took the spot next to it. It was a beginner class and I was a little nervous. But the instructor made everyone feel comfortable. I have moved and I'm closer to the Langhorne studio. I've been there once for a free barre class but he'd take been back. Now that I'm closer I'll probably go there. It's a very beautiful place. The atmosphere is very calm. I highly recommend either studio.

Stumbled upon this place looking for a new yoga spot near my new digs. So glad I did. It's a huge space, with multiple studios, cubbies for your stuff outside each classroom, and 2 boutiques. I'm not sure when they opened but it all looks brand new, and they have a sister location in Yardley.
I've been feeling off lately so I really needed something to get me back on track, decided on a mindfulness meditation class and a reiki restorative yoga class. I've been doing yoga off and on for years, and even got reiki treatment once, but I've never heard of reiki restorative yoga...if you haven't either, do something nice for yourself and check it out. I am brand new to meditation class, I've thought about it for years, but I find it impossible to sit still and relax my mind, so the thought of a class dedicated to just that seemed implausible for me. So, I was wrong, OK it happens ... once in a blue moon. Although I found my mind wandering often, I felt very at ease in the space, with it's open airy feel, clouds painted on the ceiling, and views of the back patio from the many doors and windows. I really enjoyed this guided meditation led by Melissa. She shared that she is becoming a psychologist and I imagine some very lucky patients in her future, as she led our class with a calm soft spoken confidence, and shared some good info on the benefits, and said that if practiced regularly, meditation will make you "feel" better...and isn't that what we all want? My night was off to a good start after making my way through this beautiful space to another large studio room, with high ceilings, beautiful gleaming floors and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. There I met John who led our Restorative class. First you'll notice all the props necessary...bolsters, blocks, blankets, sandbags, and eye pillows which are all in perfect condition. John was great at explaining the poses in detail, and ensuring everyone was in understanding of the pose and how to prepare for it. He helped me a lot, ensuring I followed along as a newcomer to this large popular class. Melissa came in to help out with the reiki. It was extraordinarily relaxing, and calming, and the reiki complete with lavender aromatherapy was such a nice added touch. They offered to let you opt out of the reiki, but why, oh why, would you ever do that.. :) This class is zero impact, but I came out of it feeling restored, and you do expel energy staying in the pose. I'll be back often to check out the many other classes, workshops, and series.
If you go, check out the new member $49 special, and the boutiques inside, that hold lots of goodies, also I hear its also a spa, can't wait to take advantage of the massage and facials.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Elizabeth G.Morrisville, PA1351May 4, 2015First to Review
Beautiful studio... Amazing teachers... Perfect vibe. Love this place.
Restorative classes and mixed levels are amazing. Beginners workshops and community classes as well as drop ins.. Both studios and all of the teachers are great. So many options.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lisa B.Washington, DC0754Nov 24, 2017
Had my second visit to this studio today for the wonderful post-Thanksgiving retreat. It is in a beautiful location and is a beautiful place. Received a warm welcome soon after entering the facility. The whole place is calm, immaculately clean and fresh, modern (but not too much), and tidy. The owner(s) is/are very nice, genuine and have a good sense of humor. The building is quite large and has multiple studios. The props are ample, clean and are of good quality and quantity. The classes were great and I felt more relaxed than when I walked in. The reiki addition is a nice touch (ha--pun intended!). The gift shop is stocked with some great items and the prices are reasonable. I live in NYC (but am from the area) and Prancing Peacock is comparable if not better than yoga studios in Manhattan. Highly recommend it and trying their special events.

Beautiful space, easy to find, (especially with the signs in the parking lot). Trying a new studio out can be intimidating, but the entire experience was very welcoming, from people at the door, desk, other clients and the instructor, I felt welcomed and prepared for the new class. The facility is clean and has a beautiful set up with windows, a chandelier, and fire place in the studio. The girl at the front desk Courtney, walked me right to the studio and told me what I needed to know for class. The instructor, and other clients made sure I had everything I needed before starting the class and helped me feel really comfortable. The class I took was a restorative reiki class and super slow and calming. I slept like a baby that night. I bought the new student package to try out a bunch of classes and am happy I did. Looking forward to getting to know this studio as it's pretty close to home.

I love this place! Tucked away in a quiet part of lower Bucks, it's so convenient from 95 and the Far Northeast of Philadelphia. The beautiful new home to Prancing Peacock boasts several spaces from the main studio with a beautiful fireplace, skylights and lots of windows for natural light to the Nest, with its cheerful ceiling painted blue with serene puffy white clouds. The studio is equipped with great props, blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters and even sandbags! Prancing Peacock offers a full compliment of teachers, and classes and the variety ensures that every student will find a teacher and class that suits them. Liz, the owner, has succeeded in creating a full service refuge. The staff is so friendly and warm and I find that the environment is welcoming to all- from the new to yoga to the experienced yogi. The boutique is filled with lovely baubles and tons of great gifts, in addition to yoga paraphernalia, including mats, clothes and props. I bought my new mat there after one of the teachers spent some time with me after class helping me select the right mat for my needs. They also offer barre classes, which I haven't tried yet, and a spa with massage, reiki and facials. They also offer great workshops, from meditation to restorative practices. I have enjoyed classes with John S., Gretchen, Cindy, Jenna, Rachel, Crystal and Christina and I can't wait to try classes with all of the teachers.

I just joined this Yoga Studio since I just moved to the area. The space itself is beautiful, with two yoga rooms, barre classes upstairs, a water fountain and shops. I appreciate the different types of classes, and that everyone has been so nice. A big plus is that its not cliquey as some yoga studios are. I wish there were later options for weekend classes, but the evening times are great. Also, I loved Sherry's and Rachel's classes so far!
