Brenda W.Norman, OK01Jul 16, 2019I have used PostNet for years and have never had any complaints. I was especially pleased, though, with the help I received yesterday. In short, I needed some information about a package I had sent back in May and this wasn't easy information to obtain. PostNet employee, Taylor, stuck with it most of the day, checking back with me periodically, until she tracked down the information I needed. It was a life-saver for me and a nice reminder about truly good customer service and someone who goes above and beyond to help!

Aley V.Oklahoma City, OK2813022May 26, 2016When I walked in nobody looked up from their computers. It took twenty minutes to get five copies! The woman cashing me out took forever and seemed frustrated when I didn't want give her my info since I was just purchasing a few copies. They have ten percent off if you check in on Yelp. But be prepared for a comment, I heard 'I've never seen that before, but I'll do it'. I went here to support local but I won't be returning. It seems that they have all the things you could need...printing, mailing, posters, ect. Sadly, no customer service to go with it.
