Since ownership transferred from one family member to another, the customer service follow-up has not been good. The previous owner provided great customer service. I contacted Bud at Post Falls Glass and on 7-18-22 he came to our home to take a look at the job. Afterwards, I left numerous voicemail messages that I wanted the window replaced and needed a quote and as of 11-14-22 I received no communication, no response to the voice mails. On 11-15-22, I finally received an emailed response with the following message, "It is past 5 years sorry your disappointed but probably good if you went with another company thanks Bud". Regardless of how many years it's been since they replaced the window, I needed a quote for another window replacement and was not provided that information. If the records have been misplaced, a simple response provided would have been sufficient. I would not recommend this company.

Post Falls Glass did. Very professional job replacing our window and screens all for a great price! I recommend them highly!
