While they may have been called away during the wind storms that pelted the Willamette Valley earlier this year and they had to put up with my changing my mind on lighting and placement of outlets several times, their work was exceptional. They re-wired this old house. Thanks for making me feel safe now that all the cloth wiring is gone.

They did work on a wire that was broke underground, hit a water pipe and charged me for it. then the trench that they had dug still remains open, they said to cover up the hole would cost me 120.00 an hour. If you are smart and read some of these comments you would not use this company.

I called to get an estimate to get my hot tub wired in. I was told they would be out after 5:00 when the estimator is on their way home. No call no show. I get a phone call from the office (this person was very friendly and nice) saying the estimator got called out to an emergency call and couldn't help me, but they can come out that evening. I changed my plans and waited, you wouldn't believe it but another no call no-show. The next day I was waiting for the phone call because I wanted to tell them the proper way to run a service industry job.... no call. I went with Riteway and I am sure they were more money, but they got the job done.

The customer service was very professional. The guys that came out to do the work on my fathers house went above and beyond. My father and I are so appreciative. I will always recommend using Positive Electric! Thank you for everything!

SCAM ARTISTS! Charged us $100 cancellation fee for an appointment we never made. Avoid at all costs!

The owner of the business came to the house to give a bid (very arrogant) took 7 days to get the bid of $1160 we did the job ourselves in 3 hrs and under $350 in parts and pieces. REALLY charging $300 an hour after parts is a bit much. Don't you think

Never using this company again. They tried to charge me for over twice the time they were working for me with excuses about what they had to do to over charge me. Time is time and no more when it's by the hour. No parts included.

Extremely expensive; charged $676 to install a new bathroom vent fan, encapsulate a bare wire in my attic, and install a new electric range hood which I purchased. Sent two technicians and billed me for 7 hours of labor when it was really a 3 to 4 hour job max. Also failed to provide a written or verbal quote before showing up to perform the work, as was discussed.

Called this place on a Saturday and the guy who answered showed no interest in coming out ...when he answered acted as if he had just woken up. Not professional at all.

They did a good job fixing some lights that no longer works. The switches were bad. Help and quick. Had to reschedule the job once because of an emergency, however,were good about keeping in contact and called prior to arrival. Only charged the minimum plus part. Were unable to give more than the day and a very large window for the time they would arrive.
