Popsie's is the best!! Homemade food, good service, a place that feels like home! Apple is the best! Great prices. The albondigas, chili verde burritos, quesadilla plate, and enchiladas are all delicious! It's also a chill bar / hang out spot. The salsa is just right! Not spicy, and not mild, with lots of flavor. If you're in the area You should definitely try popsies!

Great home style Mexican food. Wonderful place in Fowler! The crispy chicken tacos or chili verde are great choices.

I'm up and down 99 all day long as a salesperson. Pulled into Fowler looking for a place for lunch. I saw the sign and Thought, Bar and Grill, probably a Burger spot or something like that. Very far from that. Authentic Mexican food. Nobody speaks English. Order at the window and they bring it out to you. Chili Verde was great. The rice is some of the best I've had in the Valley. Has a real straight out of Mexico Cantina feel.

The place is Awesome! Food is Excellent, can go in get yourself a drink at the bar , and just chill out. And Relax.! Waitress are very Polite, always seeing if you need anything. A Good place to go! Excellent Bar and Grill. Home made Food from Scratch! Go take your family, and have a wonderful time.

This place is a hit in Fowler! They have great service, very friendly and the food is very tasty

Very friendly owner nice ambient. Very family friendly. When the school children come here for lunch she doesn't allow alcoholic beverages to be served. Is the location for club meetings of many sorts whether sports club meeting, car clubs, religious. She can even have the building reserved for parties. Delicious wet burritos.

In town from Santa Cruz for our sons baseball game at Fowler High School. Great little neighborhood bar!

Raymond Rodriguez who is the owner of the bar cooks fantastic hes very friendly and really makes you feel at home..if you have a party there ask for Raymond only

Great food. Irene was a wonderful server. Made us feel very welcome. Chile relleno was outstanding. Made from fresh Chile. Great margaritas. Will definitely be back.
