It is a great place to grab a quick bite before your flight. Prompt service and yummy food to enjoy!

As far as food in an airport, you can't go wrong here. Food came out quickly and the chicken was golden brown and hot. Super juicy chicken. Biscuit was a little dry, but no worse than KFC. Price was higher than normal, but I'm in an airport. It's par for the course. Mac and cheese was good, but a little runny. I have had Mac and cheese here before where it was super thick and cheesy. Wasn't as good today. Overall the meal was delicious and great for travelers that have limited time. Airport food needs to be in its own class. Maybe not a 5 star fine dinning type of category, but a "It tasted good and I got it fast!" Popeyes still makes a good chicken.

Chicken biscuit was dry and only ate three bites Biscuit was stale and chicken was grisly and also hard as a rock in spots. Tasted freezer burnt. Not looking for gourmet food here so review online with fast food expectations. **Sigh**

I was only one in line so being in a hurry was not an issue for them and yet it still sucked. Just wanted a quick bite before catching plane and that's about all I got. Service was hampered by not being able to understand cashier who was neither pleasant nor customer service oriented. Cleanliness was alright. Diet Coke was fine.

My flights home seems always departure from gate next to this popeye. And I happened to like their food, so I've probably eaten here for at least 4 times. I like their service, but I think once my spicy chicken was too salty. But for my most recent visit, I got the fish. Very good. So I might just stick with fish then in the future. They open before 7 am for breakfast! Just wanna clearify that.

Worst customer service. I ordered a 5 piece chicken strips which tasted old (do not recommend); and two sauces ranch and bbq and was planning to take it on the plane as my flight was going to board soon.. I get to my gate and I realized that they only gave me once sauce out of the two that I asked for. I went back and asked for another sauce and the blond worker in the picture attached proceeds to tell me that he was going to charge 25 cents for a sauce. I had left my bag with my brother and was not going to walk back to my gate and back to the store for a sauce that they had forgotten. I explained this to him and she told me I could ask around for 25 cents...
I did not get my sauce and boarded with the next group...

There are a lot better places you can eat. Do not come to this location.

This place is dirty. Found a hair in my food.

Chicken under skin was brown. Filthy.

When your order is wrong and they make a mistake don't expect them to fix it, unless by luck you get someone that it agreeable. Browsing other low reviews it seems that unfriendly and poor customer service is the norm!

Food:
Chicken was as expected. Cole slaw side had a weird after taste like too much black pepper. The biscuit was dry and hard. Reading other reviews it seems like a dry biscuit might be their norm.

Careful when they ask if you want sauce! They charge extra 25 cents! My chicken tender meal it was included but she didn't mention on my husbands regular chicken meal that there would be a charge!


Service:

I ordered a spicy chicken meal and the chicken I received was not spicy! I went to the lady who filled by order and told her it wasn't spicy and even showed her the chicken. She aggressively and with attitude said to me, "No I gave you spicy chicken." I said again look at the chicken and she said "no, I filled your order right." What kind of customer service is this? I was pleasant and nice when I said they made a mistake and I didn't deserve this girl's attitude! Obviously I could taste my chicken was wrong. This lady seemed like she might have been the manager so I didn't bother asking to talk to a manger. I waited for the girl who I placed my order with to make the same complaint and luckily she replaced my order.

In case management is reading this. The girl that had attitude and refused to correct my order was the African American lady working. The girl that actually said sorry and replaced my order was the girl working the register who was wearing a hijab. I've put a complaint in with Popeyes as well because you need to correct that worker of yours, she's most likely the cause of all your poor customer service reviews! This happened on April 25th at around 10am.

I haven't been to a Popeyes in yearsssss, but it was on the way to my gate and I was in a hurry. I got the popcorn chicken with French fries. It reminded me of being in the south because everything was the same color on my plate....beige.

Good for what it was, but I probably wouldn't go back.

I think I can cross Popeyes off my list of go to places here at Salt Lake International Airport. I have always liked Popeyes chicken and they did a good job satisfying my appetite when I was in the Army but unfortunately, this place is a disaster. How can you expect one person to run the register and then make breakfast sandwiches and other menu items by herself? And let's not get into food hygiene and the lack of washing between taking money and filling orders. On a good day with plenty of help these guys have a hard time with handling customers. While waiting and patiently watching this poor lady take orders and fill them and cook at the same time I see one of the cooks show up. I did say I didn't want to get into hygiene but after watching this guy wipe his nose repeatedly with his hand and not wash made me decide that there are other places I can go to instead of Popeyes.

This is the second time I have been back since my one star review and I have to admit things have gotten better. The lady behind the counter was always pleasant before and that hasn't changed. Everything was clean and the food was properly handled. I can't say enough how important that is. Thank you for doing a good job.

Dig the chow... a slight language/communication barrier but they are trying hard.... Service was quick and the food was hot.... my early morning go to in the Bravo Terminal at SLC.... cause the Bar is closed... Hahaha
