Great experience from the get go. Cheri did a great job telling me about the used table they had for sale. Joe (and Joe Jr.) did an excellent job with the delivery and set up. Joe called an hour ahead of time to confirm our appointment time and arrived on the dot. Everything went as planned, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Highly recommend these professionals - they know their craft.

Joe and his crew were great! I work at an assisted living facility and my residents have been begging for a pool table. It turned out one of the residents had a pool table at her house and offered to have it here at the community she now lives at. Joe gave me a very reasonable quote for the move and they spent hours making sure to treat the table nicely and set it up nice and level. Their name really fits their quality of work. They worked so hard and our residents are incredibly excited to use the pool table. He explained everything he was doing and why they do it that way. He knew everything about the pool table just by looking at it. Thank you Joe!

I had a table that had been in storage for 20 years and now that I have room in my new house I wanted it set up again. I had several questions I needed answered and Joe and Cheri were great. They always answered the phone and responded to my emails.

I made the appointment and they showed up exactly on time, Joe even called a half an hour before to confirm he was on his way. He and his helper worked their butts off and consulted me during every step of the process of assembly. He brought me in to approve each step as they went along and after the table was done and perfectly level, he and I played a game to make sure I was satisfied with the assembly. I absolutely recommend Pool Table Professionals and I would 100% use them again in the future.

The team and owners were amazing very quick to respond to questions and accommodated all my requests even were able to suggest ways and help implement ways to keep my table perfect. They had the whole move done in the time frame they gave both arriving perfectly on time and finishing well within the time they said it would take. I will very definitely be using them again and recommending them to others.

Hello Mrs. Cheri thanks for your answer, I did gave you guys a second oportunity by calling and having Your husband come back and fix the problem, all he did was re-velcro the parts that felt from the table instead of screwing them like they were supposed to be in the first place and this was not due to the lack of holes to put the screws in, they already come pre-made from the manufacturer otherwise why would they make it? obviously is not for decoration and regarding not being happy after the installation, I wasn't and I told your husband right after he finished, he had already left the my place (he was in a rush to leave after receiving several calls from you) and had to come back in less than 5 minutes and I was just told that the table will adjust it self after playing on it and all it did was fall apart again and that's when I called him for a second time and had the parts re-velcro, after playing with a friend the same parts he "fixed" felt again that's why I was referred to someone else and ever since my table is like a brand new one....hope you understand
