This is now Yellow Cab of Winchester.
I'm being generous by giving Yellow Cab 2 stars. Booked a ride online to get to work this morning, the driver arrived on time and got me to work on time (about 8 miles). Did notice driver wasn't wearing his seatbelt...and the cost was an astronomical $32 for that trip. Same trip with Uber in the afternoon? $14. If Uber becomes more prominent in the area, this company is done for.
Oh, and I also scheduled a cab 2 days in advance, only for the driver to cancel the appointment on me 10 minutes after I was scheduled to be picked up for appointment.

Took almost 40 minutes for our cab to arrive at the Holiday Inn Winchester. We were told 15 to 20 minutes and had to call a few times to actually get through to a dispatcher. The fare was $8.50 from the Holiday Inn to downtown. We asked the guy if they'd be around later for a ride home and he said they run 24 hours. However, when we called later that night around 10pm, we were told it was at least an hour's wait. Thank goodness we found the lone Uber that might and got picked up much sooner.

Worse customer service, I have ever experienced. Called last night to set up a morning ride. Just a quick one way trip. Yet important. They said call back at 5 a.m. in the morning, as "he did not have time to set it up". I called back to set it up at 5 a.m. The dispatcher was rude. She said, we do not have time for that. I find it very rude, to be told to call back in a.m., then rudely told we do not have time. Uber is cheaper and easier to access. So that is the way, I went.

Absolutely terrible. I called at 5:00 PM for a cab at 6:00 PM. The dispatcher said that the can would only be available for 6:30 PM and that another customer was going to a destination nearby. I said I would be OK with sharing the cab.
The cab was 30 minutes late. And we were waiting for an additional 10 minutes for the other guy.

Completely incompetent, scheduled transportation for 14 people a week in advance, 2 broken down vans showed up that only fit 11 people total. Both the drivers gave me blank stares and had no solution. I called the main line and was told I" don't know, John's worked here for many years" then proceeded to offer no solution whatsoever. Truly incompetent, never use these people.

Terrible experience! I ordered a cab last night at 11:00 p.m. They said they would be at least an hour (which makes no sense). Since they were the only place open, that took credit cards, I had to agree. I waited an hour and fifteen minutes. After that, I called to check the status of my cab. the man I spoke to stated that the cab waited outside my house for 15 minutes, honking its horn. This was a complete lie. I checked frequently for the cab, and I did not receive the usually text message alerting me that the cab was present. When I asked the dispatcher to send the cab back, he stated that I would have to wait another hour (what?!?!). There are much better cab companies in winchester, like Uncle Sam Transportation. I will try to avoid Polly's cab as best as I can from here on out!

I've gotten 1 ride there since residing in Winchester and tried to get my second ride but they are extremely rude and unprofessional, especially the woman who answers their phone. I was hung up on multiple times trying to get a ride . Who does this? CHOOSE UBER OR LYFT.

Left my family in the cold for nearly 2 hours in the cold. After I called a few times they just stopped answering. Worst experience with breaking down and needing a cab. Obviously not a family oriented company. I will post again if they ever bother to show up.

Rude when arriving to apartment complex. Become more customer oriented and a sense of timeliness is appreciated. If not, Uber will close you down.
