There aren't a lot of five star businesses at Lake of the Ozarks, but this was an easy one.

I believe the best way to be successful anywhere in business and especially at the lake, is to provide great service. Pointe Oasis nails it! They may not have the cheapest gas on the lake, but I'll gladly pay extra for the great experience here.

The owner is super friendly and full of spunk. They offer lots of free bees, that don't cost a lot, but have a high impact. The greatest free bee is the ice, yep, no $3.99 bags of ice here. Five gallon buckets full of ice directly into your cooler and a free coozie cup for your cold beverage! The kids love the free gum and beads and free biscuits for your water dogs too. Stick around long enough and you may get to see one of their two Yellow Labs drive a wave runner, with the help of a human.

Visit Pointe Oasis and they'll make a painful trip to the pump lots of fun.

We were visiting the area just for the day and wanted to get out on the water. We didn't get to the rental place until later in the day, around 1pm so we only had a couple to choose from. We opted for a pontoon boat and a tube to pull the kids for some memorable fun. The boat was beautiful and looked brand new. It was easy to operate and worked beautifully. The owner helped us and was so nice to answer all our questions and give us all the info we needed to know. They also offered to fill our cooler with ice for no charge. All the employees were so friendly and helpful. If you are looking to rent a nice boat for a good price then Pointe Oasis is the place to go! Tip for the newbies: drop a pin when you are at the dock before you leave so it's super easy to find your way back.

Open all year long (except for the really nasty days in winter), Pointe Oasis lives up to its name as a gem of a place in the middle of the Lake of the Ozarks. Scott hooked our family up with a pontoon that at a year old was in better shape than any rental I've ever seen--super clean inside and out and with a motor that got us over 30 no problem on the smoothest pontoon ride I can remember. Colton checked us in and out, and from my first phone call to checking out (and leaving with a complimentary Sunrise Beach / Pointe Oasis goodie bag for the kids), everyone we talked to could not have been kinder nor more professional, and we could not have had a better experience. (By the way, Lakehouse 13 is right off the dock and an awesome place afterwards to go grab a beer and play cornhole or Connect Four, whatever your speed.) Look no further!

I'd give them 6 stars if I could. We wanted to rent some jet skis and asked a friend who comes to the lake a lot for their recommendations. They said Pointe Oasis is not the closest to their location, but they always use them because they do a great job and the staff is so nice. I would agree 100%. We reserved a time for a jet ski rental. The jet ski we were waiting on was late getting back in. Since that happened to us and no one was scheduled on that PWC after us, they gave us extra time for no extra charge. They also offered sodas, waters, etc. on the house since we had to wait a while. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They did a great job explaining how to use the jet ski to us, especially my daughter who hadn't driven one before. We all had a great time and would do it again in a heartbeat.

I couldn't imagine a marina here having better service, rates, or experience. From booking back in March to finally getting out on the lake the past few days, they have been great all along the way. Very pleased and would highly recommend.

2022 is our first season at the Lake. We buy all of our boat and PWC gas at Pointe Oasis. Everyone that welcomes us is very friendly, knowledgeable and safe. They take extra time to make sure the boat is secured and fueled up properly. Reasonably priced gas, free ice for members, and great people. Thank you Pointe Oasis ! See you again soon.

We rented a pontoon boat from Pointe Oasis this summer for our week long family vacation. This is our 2nd time renting a boat on the lake. I can't say enough about the staff who were helpful checking us in, out and getting us geared up throughout the week. They were easy to work with, very accomodating and offered many extras (including more comfortable life jackets, tubes, and ski equipment). The boat was in great shape and didn't have the "rental vibe" that we have seen from others on the lake. We also had some time using the wave runners, which was easy to arrange and a lot of fun! We will definitely be returning customers in the future.

Rent here. Hands down best boat rental company at the lake. I went off of reviews when looking to book a boat for a day at the lake for Labor Day and all the reviews live up to the reputation. Is it pricey? Maybe - BUT, you get the boat the entire day. It's 100% worth the money if
you plan on being on the water for kore than 4 hours. The cost will end up being cheaper than any other place. Nicest and friendliest staff on Earth. They helped my parents, who picked up the boat, load the boat and take off. We rented a 14 passenger boat for my birthday will all my classmates and would 100% rent again. Clean when it was picked up. Even came with a tube. Highly recommend.

Great location and great gas prices. Friendly and courteous employees. Also has great prices when renting other watercraft.

We were able to get a last minute rental here for 4 days after another place had a boat break down and cancelled on us, and honestly it worked out better because we got to keep the boat overnight. Great service.

Rented two wave runners. Should have taken lots of pictures because even though the front end was missing and both machines were covered in scratches I was charged $ 175 for a supposed 1" scratch. Which was nearly double the rental. It was impossible that we did the damage since we rolled from the dock to a cove and never tied up to anything. They run an excellent scam so take pictures and don't trust them to be honest. If read the other reviews this is a very common complaint about these guys.
