You can't beat the value for a downtown golf course. Tee boxed are in great shape and greens are rolling pretty quick. Fairway is in pretty good shape and the ruff is nicely manicured. Huge kudos to the staff for how they've handled everything with the Covid pandemic.
One of the best places in the city to get a late afternoon or early evening tee time! I played this afternoon and it costs $24 cart included for 18 holes. Parking is never an issue and the snack bar is reasonable prized. If you're looking for a fun course that you'll enjoy the playing the whole time check out Pleasant Run!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Dave C.Farmington, MI13016Apr 1, 2023
Friendly staff, course was in good shape for early in the year, construction on a couple of holes. Carts were newer, greens in good shape. Price is fair. Will be a regular

Course is always in excellent shape. There are trees on every hole however it is more than a fair set up. Lots of holes with birdie potential! For $30 to ride at this point in the year it's a good deal. Lots of regulars play here but they play quickly or they let you play through.

Great shape golf course. Greens were like a country club, super quick though! Staff was friendly and prices were the going rate for the area. Holes were pretty tight which was tricky at times. Overall a very pretty and fun course for all level golfers.

This is easily one of the nicest courses in the city! It is very well kept and the greens are FAST! Always a great time playing Pleasant Run!
Franklin is always very friendly and accommodating over the phone or checking in at the club house.
I had a less than enjoyable experience at a different course this week. The staff was rude and unwelcoming and the course was in fair/decent condition.
I have never had an experience like that at Pleasant Run in 20 years. The course is fun, challenging and in great shape!
Staff is always on top of tee times and makes you feel welcomed.
Do yourself a favor and get over to PRGC this season!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Adam P.Indianapolis, IN591Sep 11, 2022
Ok, I really enjoy playing this course. It's short but has some challenging holes with many blind shots so you better be good at tracking your ball. Greens are fast and challenging. For a municipal course it only sits behind Sahm as far as being taken care of. What I will caution you of is SLOW play! Yesterday we had a group of four kids in front of us horsing around in the sand traps on #7 (par 3) while we were trying to tee off. We yelled down range to let them know we were getting ready to tee off. They finally moved out of the way. Then they started staring us down between holes 8&9 and said that they were going to kick our ass and started calling us names. When we spoke to the course manager at the turn about it he basically said that there was nothing he could do other than sending them off on another hole away from us. In my eyes if you act like that on a course you should be booted! These kids were disrespectful, rude, and could care less about etiquette. If this is the type of players Pleasant Run caters to I will never be returning, which is sad because I really enjoy this course. The course manager needs to grow a pair and take control over the management of his course and the clientele he allows to play.

Great Local Course. Wide open if your not hitting it straight and you know we all have those days! Sister course is Sarah Shank. Denny Ford and Tame does a Great Job making these courses the greenest in the Spring that lasts through to the Fall! Thanks Denny!

Monday night- tournament off the front... they let a group of 5 plus a kid play off the back. They are teaching the kid how to play and taking forever. Miserable.

I was shocked at how rude the attendant was. I didn't even want to continue playing after being yelled at for not knowing how to play. I get that I'm slow but do t be so damn rude.

Definitely a nice city course, this open course, tucked away on the east side on the 600 block of north Arlington, is a great place for the price range.
There are some really cool holes on this course, including a par 3 (#11) that features a tee box that is located several feet above the green. The twilight special (about $22 with cart) is awesome, and during the week, the course is not very crowded.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0
