This store is the definition of hot mess. Messy, unorganized racks. Rude, clueless customers that walk right into you. Excruciatingly long wait times for buying.
You can sometimes find cute things. But it's few and far between. The messiness of this place makes Goodwilll look superior.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Keren R.Brooklyn, NY197205122Dec 11, 2022
I've been coming here to sell 3x a year for about 7+ years! Yes it's crowded, yes it's messy, yes a ton of items are damaged or shouldn't be sold. But when you pick around or come early enough, before the customers destroy the store, its a delightful experience. I have never encountered a rude employee from these ladies, ive had nothing but positivity from them. Yes i receive less than i want from them but that's ok since my clothes are now more for adults than teens so it's understandable! Im surprised they still take some of my clothes!
Keep in mind, for the amount of customers they serve each day, they can't exactly have people on the floor picking up after everyone. If the customers weren't so entitled maybe the store wouldn't be destroyed at the end of the day.Helpful 1Thanks 1Love this 1Oh no 0 - Connor L.PA, PA041Oct 7, 2022
Workers are rude and complained when I dropped off clothing behind my back. I have bought clothing and shoes from here that ended up being unauthentic (fake)!!! Whatever you do do not go here, it is a mess and the people who work here have no respect!!! Everything is EXTREMELY overpriced, some things I have seen price over the brand new retail prices. Also, don't even bother trying to sell things to them that are older then a year because the. It is considered outdated, and even if they do want to buy something off you, good luck getting more then a dollarIf you have plans to visit anytime soon, CANCEL THEM.

I went in with a pair of practically brand new Nike huaraches and a few other items. They took four items including the Nike shoes and they gave me back 18 dollars. Unacceptable honestly.

Please check your receipts. I purchased clothing and shoes , nothing else, and was charged sales tax. There is no sales tax in the state of Pennsylvania on clothing or shoes. Highly illegal.

THIS PLACE SUCKS ASSS!!!! First off the employees are very very rude and have such attitude in their voice. I brought clothes in all new with tags from high end trendy fashion stores and they made me wait 3 fucking hours then I get there and they won't give me my money but they'll take my clothes??? Is that even legal??? I mean you should see some of the clothes they have on display that are so dirty and out of date but they won't take Michael kor rain boots in mint condition I paid $280 for? Like what? This place is so awful and needs to be shut down immediately. If you come here be rude to the employees

This place...oh this place. I went into there with 5 full duffle bags of name brand 9/10 condition clothing and they said they were interested in a pair of shoes for $5
In those bags were clothing items at least over $300-400
This wasn't even worth my time and they don't understand the value of clothes.
I will never go back there and try to sell clothes
It was pointless and more a hassle to bring the bags back and forth.
They told me they wanted more winter clothes, but I had 5 sweatshirts and a large jacket all in great condition.
I provided collard shirts(short and long sleeve) , for back to school time
They wanted none.
This place has no idea what they're doingHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Winetta W.Tobyhanna, PA1324Jun 9, 2018
I am not one for writing reviews but my interactions with this store and it's sister store have bothered me. I brought clothes in not knowing what to expect. My friend and I walk around browsing as I wait, I am not impressed with most of the items I see. Like a sundress that's faded and beaded from multiple washes. Nothing that I would have even donated to Goodwill.
The items I wanted to sell were in much better condition that a lot of the items I saw in the store. Some of my items were even new with tags. But since they weren't from stores such as Forever 21, Rainbow or Charlotte Russe they would not take them. They told me to try their sister store Style Encore, they take "Labels".
Seriously, Worthington, Joe Fresh, Old Navy, Gap? Those are considered labels. I guess I would have stumped them if I had come in with my St John's, Givenchy, Giorgio Armani, Nordstrom Signature, or Yves Saint Laurent.
But I was optimistic since they take men's clothes, so I returned. I had men's new Polo style shirts, Nautica, Tommy Hilfiger, Old Navy. They wanted to give me $1.75, yes that's right, one dollar and seventy five cents each.
I am not sure who determines what is considered a "Label" but, Sellers Be Ware!!!!!
I have to continue reminding myself my definition of "Label" is clearly differing......Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Julie S.PA, PA31May 14, 2021
Sold over $200 worth of clothes and got $14 back. It was my first time selling, but I guess my expectations were too high. I will not be going back ever. The store was dirty and the clothes were disorganized. I'm sure they're doing their best during these tough times, but I'm still extremely disappointed.
