Overpriced for the service you get. My little sister spilled a strawberry milkshake on my stairs at 11pm. I called Platinum Carpet Systems the very next day; they came the day after. Tried to upsell me a "carpet protectant" but I declined. Coincidentally (or not) my carpets look the EXACT SAME AS THEY DID PRIOR TO THE "CLEANING". You mean to tell me "state of the art equipment" could not remove simple milk and strawberries????? Okay. Went to Publix and got a rug doctor and would you know the stain came right up?! Hmph! Should have gone with my first mind but I try to support small businesses. Lesson learned.

I have 2 bad ass little dogs - a sweet girl puppy who is 9 months old and hasn't quite figured out that my floor is not a toilet and a 3 year old male who was perfectly trained until little hellion came along and he decided it was time to mark his territory over the top of her accidents. Gross x 1,000,000. I hated having visitors - seriously, it was that bad.

When Robert and Sean from Platinum showed up I stepped outside and shut the front door. "Ok, guys. Before you see this mess, let me just tell you that I don't have high expectations. Whatever you can do is fine with me." Seriously - it was THAT bad. Like replace the carpet and start over, never allowing my pretty little pups out of their cages again bad. I kid you not.

Robert and Sean were professional, courteous and dare I even say funny. We had a grand old time while they cleaned all signs of my little badass Bichons out of my carpet. And my carpet? HOLY F'ING HELL!! It looks AWESOME. And by awesome, I mean spectacular, fantastic, amazing! I was so impressed that I whipped them up a batch of my famous Pink Cupcake Dreams cupcakes - peanut butter chocolate - to thank them. I packed them a nice pink box of 12 before they left.

Seriously - they wayyy exceeded my expectations. They arrived on time, finished quickly and nearly all the stains in my carpet are GONE. By far the best! Thanks guys!

I had a bad experience with carpet cleaning before, so it took me a few years to decide to call another company!
This time I chose Platinum Carpet Systems.
Lucky me!!!
I sent them an email to ask for as estimate and got an answer right away (seriously, it took them 5 minutes to answer me!).
All communication was through email (which I prefer) and all my questions were answered really fast!
The price was amazing! Better than all competitors!
They were able to book me 2 days after my first contact (again... so impressed!) and when the came... OMG... it feels like I have a new house.
The cleaning is amazing, really thorough, and my house smells soooo good!
And they did it in two hours!

I will definitely be using their services again and I really recommend them!

Horrible service. Have had carpets cleaned many times before and when these guys came, took 24+ hours to dry AND left residue in my carpets. I called to let them know and the owner questioned me and put me on the defensive. I am a Christian honest person and would never complain unless it was really bad. They came back today to fix it and questioned me even more. He said that it was from the previous carpet cleaning company and made me feel like I had to defend myself. Like it's my fault???? There was no residue BEFORE, now there is. Why is it that every bad company wants to blame someone else??? Take responsibility and give someone customer service...don't question them and blame someone else for your error!!!!! You have been warned

I used Platinum Carpet Systems when I moved out of my last apartment and boy oh boy was the carpet in bad shape before they arrived. They were on time and pleasant explained how everything was going to work. My carpet looked better than it did when i moved into the apartment. I have used other services in the past but in the future this will be the only place I call!

Based on all the wonderful reviews, I expected more. The cleaning we got was average and overpriced.

Platinum Carpet Systems was great. The carpeted areas of my home look brand new. The company was very upfront and consistent in terms of information and expectations, incluing pricing. I thought the scheduling process was a bit cumbersome and could use some improvement but everyone that I encountered in the company, from the initial person I called and spoke with to the two gentlemen that came out to do the cleaning were professional and courteous. In terms of the quality of the work - its pretty much the best I've seen. They moved the furniture and placed plastic protector tabs underneath them. I had coffee stains that had been in the carpet for over 2 months and they indicated that they may not be able to completely remove the stains. Guess what? It's gone. And they worked quickly. I couldn't believe it but they were in and out in under and hour. I would highly recommend this company.

Outstanding job done, especially on my high traffic areas. Not trying to nickel and dime you. Very impressed with them and will use again.

This is the only carpet cleaning company I will use, no matter how many others offer discounts and Groupons. I can trust them, they are responsive and fast, and the results are great. I use them at least once a year.

Used them today for the first time. Loved the fact that they came early and cleaned the house quickly. I will definitely be using them again when it's time for a refresher
