What does it take to get the TV's in sink, with the equipment? Does no good having them when I can't connect to them. Some stations are not what they are labeled.

Jan 12, 2024Previous reviewNot restroom and other areas not always clean. TV's are not in sink with the Equipment. Members are not always greeted coming or going as seen in my main location. Paper towels are not always available at all stations. Beds don't always work.
New year, same issues.Aug 29, 2023Previous reviewOk, today and yesterday the Men's bathroom has its only 2 urinals are out of order. Leaving the only 2 toilets occupied for use, which stays busy. The bathroom is in need of service.
Aug 11, 2023Previous reviewThis is not my Home location. I notice several water puddles/spots on the floor. The TV's are out of sink. It is quite. I have only seen one employee. I would like to see the TV's on a wireless system. Damn it's cold, even employee is wearing a Jacket. TV's not working with exercise equipment.

I have been in this Gym for a year and I just canceled my membership because they literally fired me, manager's name is Maria, she is a Hispanic lady and she was extremely rude and also aggressive, she kicked me out of there because I had my backpack on the floor, just for that, all the other people are always very kind, it's a shame, also

Everytime I walk in there are people at the front desk.. and they are always looking down at their phones.
When I walk out ... the same thing.
No hello or goodbyes.

this location pf is on the smaller and more crammed side. not very spread out imo. busy. smells bad of toxic disinfectant which is pretty universal across all pfs. staff are friendly and had a good attitude tho.

Hey Kevyn, to maintain a positive and Judgement Free environment this summer, our HSSP participants are provided with club etiquette expectations (Rules of Thumb guidelines) during registration and must acknowledge them at their first check-in. We'll also send reminders through our app, in-club signage, and via social about gym etiquette! They charged me twice at month, even that I canceled my membership they charged me like 6 days later for the month, I didn't went to this place after I canceled, also that had charge me 5 days before I canceled. I don't recommend this place at all!

Horrible place to workout !!! This is a picture of what happened inside the women's locker-room. Place is filled with mold/mildew and the workers don't properly clean the gym. Definitely not a place you want to be working out at during this COVID-19 pandemic.

My home gym is in Massachusetts and I'm currently (sorta, not really) going here as I have the black card. Such dim lights. Probably to hide all the disgusting thing in this gym. Women's locker room is disgusting and at least half of the lockers are broken... as in there's yellow caution tapes over it. Limited equipments but seems good enough for the size of this gym for both the cardio and weight lifting area (could use a few more weight machines). Couldn't locate a stretching area unless you want to stretch by the front entrance door. The VIP aka black card access area is bigger than most other Planet Fitness VIP I have been to but again, dim lights and seems dingy. Hydro massage beds are weak and disgusting dirty feeling. Feels disgusting that I wanted to get off within seconds of laying on the bed. For god sake corporate, do a renovation at this location!!! Add some ventilation, add some large fans up on top... get better light bulbs, hire more employees to help clean and pay better. The happier your employees are, the happier the vibes can get. So it also seems like this gym has higher membership fee than Massachusetts and New York. Thought it was the same nationwide.
The upside is this specific location is 24/7 (double check around holidays). Probably to compete with Anytime Fitness across the street.
I'm here for some time and honestly, I have no motivation to go to the gym to feel depress. Can corporate make this place better with more upbeat vibe? What kind of gym is so dingy and dark, unless you're a ghetto gym. This is THE WORST GYM I've ever been to. I'm not even talking about the equipments since some of them still have some years left but the vibe... just bad. It's like they're working with pharmaceutical who makes depression meds.
I've been a member for LA Fitness in Massachusetts and Georgia and for Anytime Fitness in Massachusetts... thinking about putting my Planet Fitness membership on hold until I go back to Massachusetts and find myself a better gym in this area.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

I give this location 1 star because there's nothing lower (-2). I'd write a letter if I thought anyone would read it!
This location is in "serious" need of some attention; it takes forever for equipment to get repaired, the staff does not enforce any of the dress codes, TV's are down (a lot) due to rain (I can understand that).
Constantly seeing members working out in flip flops, or barefooted (seriously, barefooted) & staff does nothing, I've mentioned to them numerous times. Dew rags being worn, no one racks their weights (no one enforces it).
Location is the only reason I come here.
