The Pizza is always good and the service, especially Felicia, is great. The website is also great.

Fast friendly service definitely will be going back! Love the food it's always hot and fast

If there was a 0 star review I would've picked it...the drive through was soo rude we got asked to go to the side and we did took way to long so we went inside we told them and they said wait 5 more minutes still took long anyways we got the still took 35 minutes!!! And still got our order wrong we told them about the wrong order and still gave us attitude never going back to that location I will never recommend it to the community what I will recommend is domino's pizza took 5 minutes best place to go,wouldn't say the same with this Pizza Hut......

This location is terribly disorganized long waits and a dont care attitude from the employees! Older location but thats certainly not the problem. Poor Management

I am being very generous with 1 star. Rude, lazy and incompetent employees. Don't waste your time and money ordering pizza from this location. I am never going back.

The order was wrong. The people working in the drive through are terrible. I called literally 10 times and nobody answering. When I called the number to place an order they pick up but then transferred me to a line nobody answers. This is literally the worst Pizza Hut location I have ever been to. As an ex employee I am ashamed of how far they have fallen!!!!

extremely rude employees, no sense of urgency, damn near had to help myself, fire the whole staff and start again. food tastes like shit too

I should have read the Yelp reviews before I ordered. The website estimated 25-35 minutes for delivery so I thought I'd give it a shot. I understand that everyone is understaffed and things take longer, but it's now been 2 hours, 11 minutes until closing time, and my order still shows "being made". I tried an hour ago to cancel my order and no one will answer the phone. There's no mechanism to cancel online. Zero communication from Pizza Hut (it would be nice to get a text if they k we they were running behind). So, I'm now stuck disputing charges to my bank.

Made an order online, after 2.5 hours no food. Called the number and got a call center in India, they can't help only take orders. They tried to transfer me to the store, no answer called back 5 times no one answered at the store. I decide screw it I'm driving over to get a refund, drive to store all the doors locked, i bang on door and employee comes over. Tells me that door dash has everything screwed up, i ask for a refund and get told i have to come back in the morning. This is where i start to get angry, eventually after 30 minutes i get a refund. If you can't staff the store and have no intentions of answering the phones or dealing with customers just close the doors. Absolutely the worst place i have ever been.

The employess are literally stealing and eating the food that customers order. I ordered chesse sticks with my pasta and my son went to pick it up, there were no chesse sticks and I went back to get it, the young lady told me they had just gotten out of the oven but they didn't ask my son to wait if they were in the oven. Once I got home, the chesse sticks were cold like they have been sitting out for at least an hour, they were not fresh tasting at all for them to have just been taken out of the oven.
