Thin and Soggy!
This has to be the worst pizza I have tried. It was like lunchable pizza sauce on top of a wet saltine cracker. I highly recommend a different pizza or a different place to get a pizza.

Deliver was over an hour late. Was cold. Was on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone for over 30 minutes before the driver ended up sho up

The only reason this gets one star is because I had to in order to give a rating. Pizza Hut has now started using a central call center so you're not able to actually call the location where you want to place the order so trying to get them to actually answer the call is a miracle in itself. Recently, while my husband and I were traveling and had been on the road for 10 hours, we arrived at our hotel and after getting checked in, decided we did not feel like going out so we checked and there was a Pizza Hut nearby and decided to order delivery. First, the person I spoke with could barely speak understandable English but I checked to be sure they would deliver to our hotel. She said yes, took my order AND my phone number and said it would be 1 hour for delivery. Ok, we were fine with that thinking we could have a couple of beers and unwind before the food arrived. Boy were we wrong! I started trying to contact them again after well over an hour and could not get anyone to answer the phone. I tried over and over to get through to talk to someone and nearly 2 hours later finally gave up, went down to the lobby and bought a frozen dinner that we heated up in the microwave! What a way to do business! I WILL NEVER, EVER AGAIN BUY ANYTHING FROM PIZZA HUT! And let me repeat.....I WILL NEVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM PUZZA HUT!

This is a funny place. Great, friendly service made our dine in experience enjoyable. The lunch specials are a good deal. You don't come to Pizza Hut to eat healthy! So enjoy the breadsticks and pan crust - oh so good! Clean restaurant. Easy in easy out. Ample parking. Sidenote: the manager was wearing a pizza hoodie. It was really awesome!!

Terrible, just terrible.
Ordered breadsticks, got cheesesticks that were doughy.
Asked for ranch, never got any.
Wings aren't even spicy when we ordered the spiciest ones, and they came out basically all fat.
I don't think even a yelp review could rate my disappointment.

Called the other day to order 1 pizza and 1 order of cheese bread. It came to $29 !!!! So I was like ok...then they said it would be 30 minutes. Well an hour and fifteen later our $30 pizza arrived. Wont make that mistake again.

Pizza was great and I love the new menu and choices. Resteraunt could be cleaner. I think this location is set up more for delivery and take out. Service was slow and waiter forgot to bring things. It was almost comical. Good food though. I recomend ordering it for take out.

Great service good quality. Isaac was very friendly and helpful.

Pie was flat and not hot.
But the garlic parm wings were great!
Will not get another pie from there but will order the wings again.

It's Pizza Hut, so you know the food you're getting and as such my critique will be on this particular location. It seems to be perpetually understaffed and the people working are usually annoyed to have someone show up there in the first place. On more than one occasion, the person in the drive-thru has walked off after handing us the food and the receipt book to sign, leaving us to prop it up on the side of the window. The inside of the restaurant is abysmal, it always seems unclean and disorganized. The wait times for pizza are pretty bad too, considering it's never busy and pizzas there don't take that long to make.
