Pizza Hut

Salad bar had very few items. Salad was almost all iceberg. Overall unappealing. Pizza was not bad and service was excellent. Decor was old and faded.

For 9.99 one would thick there would be chicken in the chicken pasta, noop!!!
Not but six pieces pretty disappointing.
No cardboard cover on the pasta pan.
Ordered bread sticks , no bread stick on the order.

Subpar at best. Greasy pepperoni, cardboard crust, and tasteless!
If I were homeless and dumpster diving, I'd walk on by and find less grease at Jiffy Lube!

The pizza was horrible it was cold. Way to,mich marinara sauce. Bought pizza for 10 ppl and all 10 agree, this is the nastiest pizza hut any of us have eaten at. Mind you we travel the 48 stAtes.
The place was short staffed and the one girl at counter was running around like a chicken with its head cut off.
Kudos to her.
Please improve your pizza and our crew may come back there are more than 10 about 100 total. And until,the pizza is improved none of us will return

Last Friday passed through Pratt and stopped for lunch buffet.
Pizza and service was 'ok'- the pizza selection was low on the buffet, but our reason for reviewing is the disgusting restrooms. Both men's and ladies' were in major need of deep cleaning.
Come on- Pizza Hut should be nicer than a gas station!

Very consistent. Every time we order everything is warm and just the way we ordered! Thanks Pratt Pizza Hut!

Just walk out of this pizza hut with the food on the table because it was the wrong stuff and staff had know concern for our order. Manager had no time to talk to us either. We will be calling the Regional Manager on this one. Worse pizza establishment I've ever walked into!!!!

Called for a delivery and never got it. I am sure it doesn't take 2 and a half hours to deliver. They turned on an a recording so they couldn't be contacted. I won't be back.

The bathrooms need a serious deep clean and I have been waiting for almost 30 minutes and I haven't even gotten my single order of breadsticks yet.

At 2:00 in the afternoon, I waited for 10 minutes to get seated. I peeked around the corner to hopefully, make someone aware of my presence. Sign at the door says, "Whoa, we will seat you!!" When no one showed up I went and seated myself. I then went to the salad bar and prepared a salad. Still no service.
I went back to the salad bar to find a fork - no forks just ice tea spoons. So, I got an ice tea spoon. A young man was clearing the dinner buffet, so I got a small portion of pasta alfredo before he took it away. Still no service. I finished my salad and pasta with my teaspoon and wrote my experience down on a paper towel napkin. When I was leaving, a young lady was at the register to take my payment. I instead, asked for the manager, explained the experience, handed him my story on a napkin and told him that as far as I was considered - lunch was on Pizza Hut! He said "Absolutely!" I
