Pizza Hut

Pizza is one of our favorite takeout or delivery items because we do have leftovers. This time we decided to try Pizza Hut and the Detroit style pizza. Having been born and raised in California I have not traveled to Detroit so had nothing to compare it to, but it did look interesting. We chose the toppings of sausage, onions and bell peppers.
I wasn't really sure what to expect here and didn't even know if the sauce on the top of the pizza was replacing all of the sauce or just extra sauce. Once we received it, we saw that all of the sauce is on the top instead of on the crust. There were aspects of this, that I enjoyed the deep dish crust was soft and had a good flavor, and because you were often just biting down on the toppings and the cheese, you definitely tasted the toppings. We all agreed it was pretty good, and it would be something that we would consider ordering again, the only negative was with the sauce being on top I did have a couple of times where it dripped off, so if you like to sit and eat in front of the TV or have kids eating it at least make sure you have a plate or you may end up dripping on yourself or the furniture.

I was asked to help a family of 7 that lost their family member to covid so I wanted a safe contactless meal that would not break the bank and you achieved it for us ! The family appreciated the " yummy" food and I appreciated being able to order on the app and get pizza , drinks and dessert for around $50! Thank you

Where do I begin? If Thanos closed his gauntlet, I would hope this location would be the first to fade to dust. Sister made an order online and I get a call saying they ran out of stuffed crust. Then the guy offered the 5.99 and I said "it's fine, we would like our original order.."

He then asks what were our toppings again. Ridiculous. That's why we did the online order. He has erased it after assuming we wanted the 5.99 special. After saying no, he still kept insisting.

It gets worse. Our order arrives and the following was flawed:

-paper thin pizza
-toppings slid right off
-NO ICING with our cinnamon sticks
-online advertises 10 sticks but we got 5

You better be anal as hell when ordering because everything that can go wrong probably will.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered. Almost 2 hours later I called and they said they were very busy. They said it should be there soon. I called back a half-hour later. They claimed they delivered it to another address and could not find it. Then claimed they called and no one answered. I had paid for the pizza with a credit card and the person said it cleared. I told them we have been waiting around 3 hours for the pizza to bring it. They said they had to make another one. I said hurry! They finally delivered it and asked for money I said I already paid by card the delivery person looked at the sale slip and said ok. Abot10 min later the manager called and yelled at me about not paying for the pizza which I already paid for and said I was blacklisted. Funny they claimed they called 2 times before and no one answered but could call when they tried to stiff me for a second pizza. He did not try to talk to me but acted like I was stealing something I already paid FOR!

Don't know what all the low reviews are about but I enjoy my time here. Loved the video games here (I'm a sucker for retro gaming) and the pizza tasted better than expected. The cashier also helped me out when she didn't need to. I'll be back!

Our order was wrong and when I went up to counter to have it corrected the women was very nice and offered to correct it and make a new one. She let us keep the mistake order. Place has a good little selection of arcade games, but you have to play at your own risk! We lost a good $2 bucks on a game that didn't really work. They open at 11am. Perfect time to come, no one is here, great for little ones to run around. I would come again. :)

Not even giving them 1 start placed an order online get the delivery and one of the pizzas is wrong .I call the place he tells me I ordered it wrong and wont fix it so I drive there show him my order and he again tells me nothing he can do talk to the general manager even though he agreed that it was an online error he wouldn't even make me the new pizza even though I was there do not order from there poor customer service

There is nothing worse than purchasing something for which you leave specifics only to have the specifics ignored. Something so simple as extra sauce could turn into hardly any sauce. Something you pay for can turn into something you didn't pay for. I get it. It is fast food and often time establishments such as these have lacked in even that standard. I payed a total of $26.04 for a medium pan pizza. Cheese, extra pepperoni, extra premium tomatoe sauce, extra italian sausage, onions, jalapenos, bacon, and parmasian crust. I did not get extra premuim tomatoe sauce. I did not get extra pepperoni. I did not get extra italian sausage. I did however get the pizza that I wanted, but I certainly paid the ticket.

A huge disappointment.

And just fails to deliver. . (no pun intended)
Rude staff, horrible food, and they have no idea how to read apparently because I have never once received my order correct.

Tip: If you are out of an ingredient, promotional item, make a courtesy call.

The chicken pasta was pretty good, however.

I'm really not trying to be rude, or snobby, I'm just so sick of this Pizza hut not caring about the food they put out.

PS: we ate da pizza NEways
