Al B.Las Vegas, NV033Mar 8, 2024Updated reviewI thought I'd give them another chance, big mistake. You needed a magnifying glass to see the "extras" I paid extra for on the pie.The crust tasted like oily cardboard. NOT AGAIN...they had their chance and failed "again".

Jun 27, 2022Previous reviewseriously...reheated .Apparently my two pies were sitting in the kitchen from possibly a canceled order,so they added my toppings and reheated it. where's the ham ????? I had to search for it with my glasses on. The cheese was burnt. he got annoyed when I double checked my order. shame I didn't taste it there....I would have thrown it back into the kitchen.
644149Mar 26, 2023I'm pleasantly surprised! Ordered the NY pizza with green pepper and mushroom. Very good flavor with East Coast style thin crust. Would recommend!

Ry B.Las Vegas, NV921973Feb 12, 2023Of course this is corporate pizza so the food was never the issue. The issues are the app and this specific store. I placed an order for a specific time. I selected the date and time. I click on order the app spun and next thing I know they're delivering the food now which is not what I selected. Then the app spins and there out of two items. I called this store multiple times on two different phones and NO ONE answered. (After being on hold for over 27 minutes.) I had to call their corporate office to get this damn order cancelled. I've spent a lot of money on their product over the years but there's plenty of other options nearby.

The service sucks! I had to call 4 times and they still didn't get it right! The first time I called they had me on hold 20 mins! I hung up and called back, and they gave me a attitude! The 3rd time I called back and specifically told them delivery, and they placed my order for pick up! The 4th time they asked me if I wanted to make a new order! The late night staff needs to be fired! This is the laziest most rude pizza place ever! If you didn't want to work at Pizza Hut you shouldn't have filled out the application!

Ask for the sauce to be on the side, but it's an extra charge cause they didn't toss them in it. Now I remember why I stopped ordering Pizza Hut. Absolutely ridiculous that you can't get sauce on the side, but no fee if they sauce the wings for you.

I wanted to wait until I had a few perfect orders before I did a review. This is our pizza from today.

Feb 25, 2018Previous reviewThis is the best Pizza Hut we have near our home, they don't deliver so I always have to come pick up. It's usually delicious and I don't have any issues however, I did have an issue with them about 2 months ago that I forgot to yelp about when they told me they were out of a certain dough so they said they had to charge me extra for stuffed crust because that was all they had. Smh. I didn't ask for that so why charge me more!
Fast forward to today, I'm sitting here while they remake my pizza because I came to pick up and they one they were attempting to give me was burnt all around the crust and the cashier told me that's the cheese and the next one will look like that too. Ummmm, I've been eating pizza for 30 years I think I know what the crust is supposed to look like and it's not burnt.
