Pizza Hut

ok i almost hate to do this but i think i need to
the food was the best pizza hut ive ever had and i finally was able to sit by the fireplace
now its time to leave she brought the check and then asked for my card ( that seemed odd) i usually take my receipt to the register my self oh well she brings my card and i leave i get home
and check my transactions pizza hut swiped card 3 times once when i was there and 40 minutes later 2 more times
tuesday 31st 7:13. and again 7:56i wonder how many people they did this to
check your transaction people oh yeah i want my money back

Our party of 5 went to this location to eat after browsing around in Kraynak's. Very clean and looked new. Our waitress, Roberta, was super friendly and very efficient. We ordered the salad bar, appetizers, and pizza. She brought us all our own individual sauces. Everything was very good. When it was time to go she brought us our checks and said she did not charge us for the salad bar and wished us a happy new year. If we lived in the area we would definitely go back to eat.

Ordered online, asked them to draw me a kitty on the box under the "special instructions" section....they drew me two. And the food was good.
Total win.

Everything was fine until our order showed up and our wings were missing. Called and she said when he gets back we will remake them and send them out. Asked for a time and she said she didn't know. And we weren't offered a refund on the wings or a discount. Nothing. Pathetic management.

The restaurant was really clean and the staff were excellent. The food variety on the buffet was lacking. The salad dressing on the bar was basic and no low calorie vingarettes were out. Most of the pizzas contained pork but the plus was that I did ask for veggie and cheese and they popped it in the oven. It would have been nice to see the chocolate chip cookie on the buffet instead of the fruit pizza and the cinnamon bread sticks. My daughter on the other hand loved the whole experience.

I work for TCAP Headstart in Trumbull County Oh and on Wednesday​ March 22,2017 and Thursday March 23,2017 the children that attends the Hartford Oh Headstart Center went on a field trip to Kraynaks then to the Hermitage Pizza Hut, The servers and employees there were so nice and polite, the food was excellent, the place was very clean,and they made sure the food was hot and fresh there was one lady I didn't get her name but she was just pheno menal, she took our empty plates right away and asked us if we wanted refills on our drinks, she thanked me for taking the last piece of pizza at the buffet so she could take the empty tray, next time I am over that way I will definitely go back there, they were so warm and friendly to us!

They get the order right 90% of the time. Delivering it, however, is another story. Or family has had pizzas never come because "they knocked and nobody answered". We've also had pizzas not delivered because there driver couldn't find the house.

I ordered a pizza for carry out. It took 20 mins past the time it was supposed to be done. Then it was burnt I didn't have time to wait for another pizza so the lady at the counter said call tomorrow and we'll give you a free one. I called the next day and they told me they couldn't do that. The pizza was absolutely disgusting we threw it away. Highly disappointed!!!

Waited an hour for our food while the waitresses talked to other customers for no reason and stood around doing nothing

The renovated Pizza Hut looks pretty pimp. The staff is friendly. They don't have Diet Dr. Pepper though, so that's a bummer.
