Pizza Hut

Average/ somewhat on the greasy style pizza. Prefer smaller chains or none at all. Good for large get-together or business party

I ordered the pepperoni p zone and it isn't worth the money at all. I would not order this again. Also the pan pizzas keep getting smaller in size. I will not be ordering from them ever again.

Although a chain, this location has nicely-prepared menu items. I like the $5 deal they offer. I have not dined in at this location, but have gotten both take-out and delivery. The food was good each time.

OMG!!! I am so mad right now! I gave them 1 star and didn't really want to give them that!! My daughter and I called in for an Epic pizza box, he said we could get whatever we wanted on the pizza, we got supreme and meat lovers, we also got wings and cheese sticks, we wanted it delivered can't get a salad with delievery, ok no problem, I got a side of pasta, and it cost us 45 dollars and change! They did not tell us it cost more with a supreme and meat lovers,then charged me 7 dollars for a little tin of pasta that tasted like rubber, they said it would be delivered in 35 minutes we waited for over an hour for the food of course it's cold, supreme tasted like raw dough inside! I called them 3 times and was put on hold all 3 times, cause no one knew where my order was! Their customer service is a joke! They couldn't even tell me why it was late. Come to find out they wrote down the wrong address!! Did they call me? NO, They had my number!! By the time it did get here I was boiling over, I didn't give a tip, cause they had already taken 2.99 for that off my debit card! Never again will I eat at Pizza Hut in Erwin Tn, they are too high priced for dough with meat on it, and rubber pasta! Talked to manger and he didn't offer to fix anything or apologize for it being late!! NOTHING! And the fact that they couldn't talk to me and had to put me in hold 3 different times listening to someone say how they love pizza and have been in business since 1958, wow they must have forgotten how customer service works, could have at least apologized for their mistakes.

One of the better and certainly more efficient Pizza Huts I've patronized! The quality of the food was higher than I am used to from other franchise locations!

I don't get the warm fuzzy when ordering carry out. It just does not look like the cleanest Pizza Hut that I have ever been at. But most of the time the pizza is prepared correct and it is pretty tasty.

the manager at this Pizza Hut was the rudest and unprofessional as human being I have ever met in my life they acted like I had done something wrong because I paid with the hundred they give me $81 in ones and was rude to me my professional opinion as a restaurant manager they need a new one
