Pizza Hut

Absolutely disgusting, virtually inedible Pizza twice in a row. It was overcooked. The cheese was the consistency of warm candle wax and had about as much flavor. The Pizza Hut used to be great. I wouldn't eat pizza from there if you paid me to.

Pizza Hut Gets 5 stars if you are talking about how to lose a customer. Well an hour into my order being placed I was called by manager jimmy stevens to let me know the website sent the order to his store a few miles away from the correct one. An hour I waited to eat and I didnt even get an apology. I did however get an excuse as to why he couldnt deliver my food. He explained that the insurance wouldnt cover the driver. No apology, nothing to make it right, and nothing put in motion to fix the website as he stated this happens quite often. My son is starving and I am pretty frustrated!!!

Fresh, piping hot, thin crust Supreme Pizza arrived in about 35 minutes from ordering, which I placed at 12:45. Very delicious for franchise pizza, perfectly cooked. Thank you!
Wish the delivery guy, who was otherwise professional, hadn't asked me how much of my change I wanted back. That is such a turnoff, and always results in a smaller tip than my usual 20%.

Have not gotten my food yet, and may have to revise. But talking to Paul while ordering on the phone was the single best pizza-ordering experience I have had.
Not what I expected at a Pizza Hut in the middle of KY, buy a very plesant surprise!

I ordered online for delivery and I overlooked the last time they left off the crust flavoring and the garlic sauce, but they did it again. Food is good otherwise but it looks like I may have to get carry out from now on.
