Pizza Factory

Really happy that I found this restaurant, thanks to Yelp, of course. I was thinking about finding a salad for dinner, searched Yelp for "salad" and this was the top restaurant that came up.

First, rather than just salad, Pizza Factory has an awesome salad bar, that features some ingredients that aren't usually found on salad bars at Pizza restaurants. Chick peas, fresh broccoli, cauliflower, kidney beans, blue cheese, fresh shredded mozzarella, and sliced beets along with the usual lettuce, sliced fresh mushrooms, carrots, cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, peppers, and onions.

The salad bar was spotlessly clean and all the ingredients were very fresh.

I had fully intended to get just salad, but once I saw the pizza I decided to order a veggie pizza. It was excellent, piled high with fresh veggies. I could only eat one piece, I will definitely have lunch to take to work tomorrow.

The Coke machine offered many beverage choices including Dasani sparkling which I really like, but seldom find in restaurants. There was also an ice tea machine with several options.

The dining room was very clean, with several booths and many tables of various sizes and shapes. There were a few long tables that would be great for groups.

Employees are friendly, reasonable prices. Nice location, convenient parking. A great place!

We were on a road trip from Los Angeles back up to Seattle and stopped off the freeway for gas and discovered this pizza joint. I found out it was a chain but we don't have them in Seattle and I had never even heard of it before.
The restaurant itself was extremely clean and the person that took our order was super friendly and helpful. The pizza and garlic cheese bread was delicious!! I only wish we had places like that in Seattle! Thanks for the quick and friendly service and delicious food! It was a nice break after being in the car for multiple hours!

Was hungry after the Spartan. Found this place. Was worried about the Yelp rating until I saw it is because a few jerks crashed it.

This place is 5 stars. Fantastic pizza, especially the ham. The beer is very cold. Clean place. Check it out.

Pizza is really good, employees are friendly but.........
Isn't this place going out of business ?? I mean you would think that at least because the place is always empty and NEVER busy. I only bring this up because I wanted a pizza delivered at 3pm and was told "we don't do deliveries until 4pm." Hmmm, one might think it would be smart to accept every order they could get their hands on. Seeing that they are going out of business.

Pizza was awful! Thank goodness we got pepperoni because the cheese and crust had zero flavor. Super greasy and gross.

Service was lame. The cashier told me after I paid that it would take 25 minutes to make the pizza. This location is right off the 5. I was one of the majority of customers on a road trip. No one wants to make a 25 minute pit stop. I needed this information before I placed the order.

There was no one in the restaurant. It shouldn't take that long anyway.

Stick to the drive thru fast food spots if you're in a hurry. If you have some time, go to El Rosal for yummy Mexican food in the same shopping center.

My family and I regularly drive up and down the I-5, and stop in Patterson for gas and food. We spotted this Pizza Factory across the street, and couldn't resist trying it out since the restaurants in Northern California are so good. This pizza chain has never let me down, and this location definitely lived up to my expectations.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. The decorations were simple, but helped add to the feel of a pizza restaurant. There was even a little mini arcade! The service was pretty good, and we were asked how everything was, which is rare in my experiences with pizza places. I was also impressed with the salad bar; the ingredients were very fresh and everything was clean. The pizza was also excellent, as expected. We got the Patterson Special with the white olive oil & garlic sauce. My favorite part had to be the sauce, because it had a balanced amount of garlic to make the entire pizza perfect. We will be back to enjoy this pizza again without hesitation, at this location and other Pizza Factories throughout California.

Stopped in for pizza last night with my husband. Customer service was EXCELLENT by all 3 employees we faced. The salad bar was SO CLEAN and well stocked, the pizza came out quickly, made to order and perfect. Even the soda machine was great, so many choices with the automated screen and add ins. And can't forget the pitcher of beer that was poured to the top and tasted great. There is nothing that could have made this visit any better. Great job Pizza Factory!

Had a big party and ordered around 10 pizzas. Chicken with mushroom, combo, cheese, vegetarian, pepperoni, BBQ chicken, spinach with cheese. I really liked the chicken with mushroom and bbq chicken, really tasty. (I didn't try all the pizzas! Lol)
Next time I shall give the pastas a try! Definitely recommend this place!

We have been coming here for years, and used to enjoy it, however the past few times it has significantly gone downhill. The food at lunch buffet sits out, gets cold, and even when something is low, the staff is very slow to refill it (or doesn't refill it at all). Most of the games/rides are always broken and out of order and the ones that supposedly are "working" ate a ton of quarters from my kids and we were told by the kid working, "sorry, not our problem ". The tables are left dirty for hours. The pizzas we order for pick up have minimal toppings, definitely not worth how much they are charging for them. Just very disappointed lately.

This place is unprofessional and should not be in business. Horrible management, they cannot get an order correct.

I asked to talk to a manager and was hung up on twice, put on hold for over 5 minutes called back asked for a manager same person I had been talking to said he was the manager. So the manager hung up on me multiple times and put me on hold indefinitely.
