Horrible horrible horrible!!! We rented linens, a backdrop, and roasters from this place for my niece's quinceañera. We get there to pick it up and everything it just put by the front door and we were told it's all there you can load it yourselves. We paid $800 and we should have gone somewhere else or just bought everything online. When we went through the boxes to count the number of linens, the staff didn't know what to do and did not want to help us. Judy is unbelievably rude! She said if her cardboard boxes were messed up she was going to charge us $100. Are you freakin kidding me? For cardboard boxes???? Never again. Do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else or buy online.

This business should also be listed for Bridal. You can rent almost anything here for any event. The staff is very helpful and fun to work with. They deliver and pick up everything.

The younger lady was very helpful and nice. The older lady (Judy), however, was rude beyond belief! WILL NOT EVER USE THEM AGAIN!!! Word to the wise, make sure they read all of YOUR information back to you. They do not practice this policy in making sure that all info is correctly written. Then when the order is not accurately executed and your services are not made inwhich you paid for, THERE ARE NO REFUNDS!!! Only an offer to place the service at another time! How am I to use the service at another birthday party when my husband only turns 40 ONCE? It was quite apparent that she was using my lack of knowledge of the city (just moved here) against me for the just of not refunding any of my money. Go to another facility that offers curteous staff, knowledge of city, write your own information down, and has a WRITTEN CONTRACT! If advice is not taken, PLEASE write down times and dates of all info and materials spoken and paid for down along with names inwhich you spoke to.
