Pin-Up Spa and Boutique

I got a wax today and Ashleigh was fabulous! Very professional, friendly and makes you feel comfortable. She deserves 10 stars. The facility should invest in some minor upgrades with new table covers, etc., but overall it's very nice. Stephanie at the front desk is also really friendly and knowledgeable and has great customer service skills. All around wonderful staff.

Logan was excellent!!

Services are done in a secluded spa area in the back of the store. After taking you to your room, she goes over what you're having done, then steps out while you undress.

When she returns, she's funny, quick and super professional.

I love this boutique! The clothing and jewelry selections are impressive. Also, how awesome is it that you can get your brows waxed while shopping?! I always stop by when in town visiting. Love it!

Such a cute little place. I've had several services performed here, and they have all gone extremely well. I had my first wax & eyebrow threading here and they eased my nerves. The staff is always so very friendly and helpful!
The boutique out front has SUCH cute stuff! Great way to pass time while awaiting your appointment. If you'd like to get comfortable instead, there's an adorable little waiting room with the most posh decor and sofa.
If you're even a little curious, just stop by. You're bound to meet a friendly employee, find a stylish outfit, spy a new spa item, get the cutest gift idea for that friend or family member, and maybe even get lucky enough to stumble upon an opening for a walk in appointment!

What an amazing establishment!!! Not only is the staff super friendly, the services offered are extensive and the prices reasonable. I was nervous to get my brows done because I have had horrible experiences all over the gulf coast area, but my fears have been extinguished! Ashlynn was amazing! My eyebrows look on fleek as the girls say. Ashlynn was professional, but friendly and took her time to make sure my brows were perfect.
The boutique is really cute too. The clothes are mature enough for the older crowd, ( I'm 33) and yet still fresh for the young girls in their 20's. Will definitely return. Already scheduled my next appointment with Ashlynn!!

Just had my best ever Brazilian wax done! Dawna did a great job, and even held great conversation. My wax was quick and relatively painless! This place is my new go-to for waxes!

This was my first time here and I had a great experience. I got a Brazilian wax with Dawna and she was awesome! I have been BW for over a decade and I'm from out of town so it was really hard for me to not just find a place but somewhere decent. I'm not big with mall nail or spa shops but this place is good.

It's located in the Edgewater mall and where they are currently located they plan to move soon somewhere else in the mall. The service going in and checking out was great as well. Greeted with smiles and such great courtesy. If you're looking for a place for skin care and waxing for both men and women then this is the place. Already booked my next appointment with Dawna again as she was the best to have a conversation with and cares about my after care from waxing even though I've been doing this for over a decade. She wanted to make sure that you understand as sometimes people will ignore a great advice from something that is more serious than just a wax. The price was so worth it. Not expensive or overly price and you get great end results for your price. Must come if you're like me a picky person with who you do your waxing with.

This review should have been written after my first visit to the Biloxi location for lip and brow threading. I had the ABSOLUTE BEST SERVICE from Casey Martin. Truly. Am just so thrilled we finally have a spa on the Coast that provides this awesome service. But that's not all. Casey Martin is just AMAZING. I felt welcomed, comfortable and entirely attended to throughout my whole treatment. I LOVED her -- and the services she professionally provided. What's more, and YES, there is STILL MORE to rave about, I got more compliments on my eyebrows that week than I imagined was possible. I don't even look at my eyebrows that much, so I was shocked others did. That said, I was hugely grateful and those unsolicited compliments of others verified what I knew to be true.

I've gotten my brows threaded many times before, but never here. Casey's skill ensures NO PAIN WHATSOEVER, and she's such an awesome person to be around I actually look forward to going, and I am faithful in scheduling my maintenance appointments.

Just last week I ventured to the Pascagoula spa as she has two locations, and I decided to get a facial as well since she had an opening in her schedule. It, too, was amazing. My goal of having dewey and hydrated skin was accomplished and I was so excited I could buy her homemade natural serum and facial moisturizer. I have been using them consistently and it shows. I just couldn't be happier. I feel so lucky I know of these services performed by Casey Martin.

Do yourself a favor, schedule an appointment. Not only will you look and feel better physically because of Casey's talented applications, but you can also shop there; it's a little boutique with clothes, hydrating soy candle that serve a dual purpose of providing a lovely environment and moisturizing one's hands! Who would have thought? There's jewelry and shoes . . .

I'm visiting Biloxi for a few weeks. The weather is warming up and It was time for my next Brazilian Wax. My first visit to "Pin-Up Spa and Boutique" was exceptional. My Esthetitian was Nicole Ward a cute and bubbly professional who knows her craft and gave me the BEST BRAZILIAN WAX I've ever had!!! I'm no stranger to waxing and this was The BEST. Nicole exceeded my expectations! The Spa uses Hard Wax; it's literally half the time and pain! Please make your appointment with Nicole asap.

Also stick around and shop..the entire staff is equally as professional and fun. I felt like I were hanging out with friends "playing dress up". The Boutique's clothing and accessories are all high quality and the latest fashion.
