Firecracker Rolls. - $5.25
Shrimp Pho. - $9.50
Very good!!! Rolls were hot and tadty. Pho broth was very flavorful...no "saucing or too much hot sauce required!!!"
Fairly attentive server...still trying to figure out the music mix onthe PA however...lind of soft jazz...kind of ???
My only concern?? I was the SOLE customer from the time that I walked in at 740 PMuntil I left at 830 PM...on a Thursday night. Hope they make it...I'd like to come back!!!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Jul 19, 2016
I have been wanting to try this place for such a long time, and I finally got around to it this weekend! I came here on Sunday for lunch, and there was only one other customer. The food:
Rocket Shrimp Rolls: 3/5, I do not even know why this is called "rocket." It was just fried shrimp with a sauce (on the menu it says sweet and sour sauce, but the one we were served was not sweet and sour). It was a very average, bland appetizer.
Plain Pho: 4/5, I wanted to try their most basic soup to really see if this place is good, and oh is it! The broth was flavorful and the noodles were cooked soooo well! Great dish for anyone who has never tried Pho.
Shrimp Fried Rice: 2/5, I absolutely hate it when restaurants use the frozen peas and carrots you buy in bulk in dishes. Something so small can have such a big impact on the flavors of the dish. In addition to the vegetable fiasco, there was also too much salt. However, the shrimp was cooked nicely.
Service: 4/5, for us being the only customers I was expecting superb service. I didn't get our server's name but he was very sweet and helpful! He was attentive and constantly checking on us.
Overall, the place is great for groups or couples. The pho is good and the service is great. Nice place!Helpful 9Thanks 0Love this 7Oh no 0 - Oct 20, 2015
Worried 'bout phò options IN OXNARD?!?! Well, you shouldn't with all 4 corners of our town having phò cravings coverage now, as Phò Sriracha has set up shop on the west side. Question is, why here, over the others? Port Hueneme's Phò Saigon is a 5* experience for me, so that's one HELLUVA hill to climb to win over my business. Nuttin' wrong with some healthy competition, right? Nice location with an easy going staff. Lunch time wasn't crowded. I was hoping for some Bánh Xèo but it's not on the menu currently. So, we ordered a few other things...
*#6 GRILLED TOFU ($5.25): I like my tofu appetizer crispy, and this is not. It's marinated, as it mentions in the menu fine print (Doh! Assuming got me in trouble, AGAIN!). This ends up having a stale chewy kinda thang. Eh, not something I'd want again.
*#19 PORK VERMICELLI ($9.25) with ADD ON GRILLED SHRIMP & ADD ON EGG "ROLLS": Adding 3 grilled shrimp for $2 doesn't seem worth it, as the pieces are small and don't taste fresh or are overcooked. Nor does the egg roll"s" which is actually 1 egg roll cut in 3rds. As for the dish itself, the pork seems sautéed rather than grilled. Overall, a bit on the bland side, too. Vermicelli noodles are different than what we're use to, maybe added to the blandness.
*#23 PORK BÁNH MÌ ($4.75): Only 1 other eatery option for Vietnamese sammies (Phò First Choice) in the ENTIRE VC, so I'm EXCITED to have another Bánh Mì option close to me!!! Please let it be good... PLEASE! First impression is... TINY!!! About the length of normal chopsticks. This may be okay for delicate ladies or boys, but for someone use to getting cheap tasty hearty sized Bánh Mì elsewhere, this ain't cuttin' it, sadly. Thin layer of meat just adds to the pain. It did have a decent flavor to it, fortunately. Maybe this was the lunch size?
Great location, but nothing we ate would pull us away from our favorite Vietnamese joints in the area. As far as the phò, the peeps beside us were apparently new customers as well, and it was easily apparent they weren't impressed by their phò dishes. Hopefully, these guys find their way during the growing pains & can improve their dishes' quality. Hint: Go visit the competition, see what they're doing, and do it better... just sayin'. Currently sittin' at a 2* or 3* experience.Helpful 10Thanks 0Love this 14Oh no 0 - Hector F.Oxnard, CA01421May 21, 2016
This place is a joke and a sad excuse for a Phò restaurant. Service is too damn slow me and my girlfriend literally waited an hour and 12 minutes from the time we were seated to the time we received our food, what a joke! The portion of meat you receive for their rice and chicken plate is sad and laughable, i mean are you kidding me? To top it off they don't even serve broken rice what kind of Vietnamese place doesn't serve broken rice? The other local phò spots are generous with their serving sizes and do serve broken rice. The phò is over priced here compared to other local spots which is a big thumbs down. I thought phò was supposed to be cheap, filling and delicious? We decided to leave and not pay for our food, we left them a little parting gift in the form of a little poem written in sriracha in our hoisen dish...
Do your self a favor don't waste your time coming here go to phò first choice on Wolf street and saviors rd instead here in Oxnard trust me way better service, food, and prices.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 4Oh no 0 - Sep 8, 2015
Pho Sriracha is a nice looking restaurant that is located near the military base. Being close to the military base, they have access to a large population for a lunch crowd. Pho Sriracha does have a 15% military discount (which is nice). The restaurant was clean and actually visually appealing. I went here while running some errands and got food to go. Being lunch time, I figured ordering to go would save time. To my surprise, it was empty (At lunch time).
As for the food I ordered, I can't say I liked any of it. I had the house special pho, spring rolls, egg rolls, and Vietnamese ice coffee. They also have banh mi sandwiches but I didn't get a chance to try that yet. Hopefully it is good, because if it is then it'll save me a trip to LA since I don't recall any banh mi store around here.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jun 7, 2015
First time to this new place today for lunch. We all ordered the House Special pho (Dac Biet) and all my colleagues enjoyed it. Broth was simple and not too salty, noodles were good texture and the meat was fresh and plentiful. Service was friendly and they even brought out more limes for me (I like my pho a little sour). Free soft drinks during their grand opening, so stop in and try for yourself. I will return in the future.

The good: Kind, attentive staff. Restaurant was very clean. Food presentation was good. Appetizers were tasty (egg rolls and shrimp roll).
The average: Brought water out immediately. Took drink order and appetizer order quickly.
The bad: We were taken care of by several employees which became confusing for them and our order delivery was poor. The chicken pho, which was average, came first. 5 minutes later the chicken fried rice, which was OK, and the combination fried rice, which was poor, came. Five minutes later I had to remind one of our servers that the sauteed chicken plate and the bean sprouts for the pho had not arrived. The sauteed chicken plate was greasy and the veggies were overcooked. The chicken in all the meals was tasteless and stringy.
Allergy info: The almond milk tea is almond flavored. It uses regular milk.
Unfortunately due to the poor quality and taste of the food will not be returning.Helpful 6Thanks 0Love this 3Oh no 0 - Pieno P.Oxnard, CA54368May 4, 2015
They give military discount 15%
Today is opening week so it's going smoother than I thought it would. I got pho and spring roll. Waited a little longer than I would at a normal restaurant but it's opening day and there are about 6 groups in here
Spring roll- wasn't wrapped tight kind of just fell apart in the peanut sauce. There was no mint in it. But that's not a big deal to me. Over all it was good
Pho- pho was tasty wasn't like "omg I've never had pho this good " I mean it tasted like regular pho. But it was very good. Minus the fact I had a lot of fat on the top in my soup. That's the only thing I really didn't care fore
I got asked 4 times in a row in 2 min if everything was okay. But I'm not complaining
I give this place a 4.5
****update***
I went again and the pho was perfect this time!
Spring rolls still wrapped very loose and done very sloppy. But over all a better experience. I will be coming backHelpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Elizabeth B.Spring Valley, CA1792Jul 17, 2017
Super long wait time. Got here at 12:16 and it is 12:57 right now and still waiting for our food. Good thing we ordered to-go because we only had an hour lunch time at where I work at.
*update* it is 12:58 and just got our food. Still not changing my opinion. Sticking to Pho Saigon.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - May 17, 2016
A long wait in a not crowded place for what was, honestly pretty average. Prices are even to even slightly high for what you'd pay elsewhere. They've apparently simply taken over an old mexican restaurant and put a sign on the door. Not that looks matter, but it's an indicator of.. the whole shindig. It's an option... but barely just.
