I have been here many times. I love the P7. I got a small - not a whole lot of meat but even though I asked for no noodles (doing the low carb thing) there honestly probably close to 4 cups of noodles.
It isn't my go to Pho place but I was in the neighborhood! Their broth is so so so good though! Not as sweet as others!
If you are in the neighborhood give them a try! My table neighbor had two limeades so I am thinking that is a safe bet too!

Being someone from a metropolitan area, I understand the troubles of finding a decent place that comparable to the quality of authentic restaurants. This place makes great authentic Vietnamese cuisine while still caters to the local clientele. What do I mean? Portions.
- Own by Vietnamese-Americans, the staff can speak Vietnamese.
- They are very accommodating to requests. Tea? Water? No problem, we got both. You want your bean sprouts to be boiled? Done.
- The portions here are huge. For a regular Com Suon, they gave us two full pork chops. There was no way I can finish that. It was very delicious, however. The grilled and the marbling of the fat made it a very juicy pork chop. Rice dishes also came with soup. Bowls of pho were huge as well.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Saunton T.Nottingham, MD37371973Jul 22, 2018
I've been here several times.
This is all about the Pho!
Got the pho Dac Biet (house combo)
One bite everyone knows the rules 8.1 out of 10
The broth is rich and succulent.
The meal was delicious.
This is how pho shall be made.
Most places water down pho and this place did not disappoint.
ProTip: the times open posted are wrong. They close at 10PM on Saturday.
Arrived at 955pm and they said they were closing however we convinced them to serve a party of 3 phoHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 74308859Feb 28, 2016
Okay as a SoCal girl hailing from little Saigon and going abroad...the pho here is authentic as it gets for me on this side of the world. You would think I would have written a review already since I'm a regular here...but I've never thought of needing to Yelp Viet food ever.
When I say that I am dead serious. Their spread for viet cuisine is as diverse as it gets. Their broth is clear. The pho portion size rivals the Las Vegas huge portions. Their meat and veggies are fresh but wait ... They are 24/7 and you can call and order for pick up. That is a miracle in this area.
It's like they took everything that reminds me of home out west and transplanted it at this store.
They have my com, mi xao, and ummm boba?! They even have fresh pastries.
It doesn't get more legit than this and my first time there the waiter was telling us he was originally from a beach town in Vietnam. Doesn't get more legit than that. I've taken my cousin, sister, and friend from Hanoi here. They all say hands down most legit and fresh pho.
SO YES. Come hereHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Dec 14, 2014
I went to the Asia Mall today exclusively for the banh mi (Vietnamese cold cut baguette sandwich) due to a tip from someone. I didn't know the name of the restaurant, but upon arriving there, I realized I've been to "Pho Pasteur" before when it was located on S 29th St more than 3 years ago. I thought it was shut down due to failed health inspection?! Anyway, even if it is so, I believe in giving someone a second chance.
The atmosphere was more like a cafeteria, nothing special to mention. Clean but appeared ad hoc. However, the waitresses do serve the tables. More than half of the clientele were Asian, so I think that's a good sign. I didn't try their pho noodle soup on this trip, but the value of the banh mi takeout is a steal! $3.50 for a foot-long hoagie and they offered buy-5-get-1 deal. I remember we had to pay $5.49 each when we were at JoJu's in Flushing, NY.
We had the house-special banh mi - had everything on (liver pate, ham + various specialty cold cuts, cucumber, cilantro, jalapenos, mayo, and pickled daikon and carrots). Even our 7 year old specifically mentioned the whole combination of ingredients was "addictive". The only negative was my sub somehow got the fatty end of some kind of cold cut, but I am willing to overlook it since it wasn't an issue on my wife's and son's sandwich.
I look forward to trying their pho noodle soup next time I am around Harrisburg. But as far as ordering banh mi to go, I am a fan.Helpful 4Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Melissa T.Philadelphia, PA812667Aug 3, 2018Updated review
Here's a good reason why their rating are so low. Poor sanitation and the dept of agriculture's reports show it
Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0Jun 22, 2017Previous reviewWent there right when they opened. We were craving pho. The waiter didn't even come take our order for at least 20-30 min. We ordered pho, only to be told there was no pho left?! There was only 1 other table there, they were eating soup. Apparently they had pho, so how did they run out so fast?! Service was not very pleasant. Our table was not clean. I will never come back

When I come to Harrisburg my family usually takes me to Kim's. I think Kim's is the best pho in Harrisburg but my mom insisted that everyone at her nail shop says this is the best. The only think that I think this place has over Kim's is that they're open 24/7!
Don't get me wrong the pho isn't bad the service just isn't the greatest and it's not the cleanest restaurant. I made the mistake of not reading reviews before we got here. So I had a stern talking to my mother for bringing me here after I read they had problems with rodents!
I got the well done brisket. It was way too fatty for me. I think there was actually more fat then meat in my bowl. The portions are huge I just don't think I'll ever be back until some brave souls report back that the place has cleaned up its act.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Elena K.Lancaster, PA167Dec 6, 2017
The service is lacking and you kind of get the feeling like they don't want you there anyway. I got shrimp spring rolls which were ok but a little bland and pho tai which at first came out wrong, but was fixed quickly after I found a server to tell that I had gotten the wrong soup. No one ever checked on you to make sure everything was ok.
Overall it's awkward and sub par hereHelpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Linda B.Boston, MA81142Jul 18, 2017
I honesty was annoyed and frustrated with the customer service here. It's funny how the staff here looks away and pretend like they're busy when we're trying to get their attention. Our server himself look like he doesn't even want to be there. Poor choice, there was other Pho spot near the area too, oh well. The food wasn't that great either, when I first bit into my noodles it was a little undercook, I guess you have to leave it in a little for it to get softer. I would say the size is decent for the price but certainty wasn't the best as they advertise them self to be. And for the hours its confusing, it says on their menu 24 hr/ 7 days/week but their door business hour says 9:00-11:00. So disappointing.
