Phillips Drive In

Spent a week in Oneida, TN and had to stop by every night for a treat.
There were about 28 of us including a bunch of Teenagers so it took awhile to get everyone's order. HOWEVER the folks behind the counter were literally running from the coolers to the milkshake machine to the cash registers. The Work ethic was about as high as one could imagine!!

The Price was so reasonable that we had to check a couple orders to make sure it was enough. One night they had an "unclaimed pizza" and just gave it to our youth - talk about "loving it".

Actually I did not eat "food" but the youth loved it.

Finally I guess anyone can dish up ice cream and most any of it is good but these folks SMILE, THANK YOU AND ARE POLITE BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. Actually one person left a tip that was more than the total bill!!
You may think all my reviews are very complimentary but I vote with my feet. IF I don't like it I just do not go back.

Burnt pizza,The service is bad for certain stereo types,like visibly disabled males.They give better service to working class women and children.When I'm there the ambiance is awful.

Great food with good prices. One of the best places to eat in Scott county.

I really want to like this place, but it has so many issues, none of which are related to the food. The food is actually pretty good if they bother to give it to you while it's still hot which is pretty hit or miss.
You can expect a long wait for your food here (30-45 minutes) most of the time regardless as to time of day or day you visit.
The hours they are open make zero sense as they are closed both Saturday AND Sunday. Not sure why a fast food joint would be closed on a weekend?
If you are looking for friendly service, this is not the place either.

Am American classic. Mom and Pop owned. The restaurant has been here since the 1950s. Best burgers, pizza, chili, and ice cream in town. Some just calling in orders since the food is always cooked fresh and made to order. Unfortunately the restaurant is currently closed on Saturday and Sundays.

Most iconic restaurant in scott county. My family members alway make a special trip to Phillips Drive Inn when they are in town visiting. Growing up it was always a tradition to eat at Phillips Drive Inn. The worst part about Phillips is is is not open on weekends anymore for a lot of out-of-town visitors. The banana split's and hot fudge cakes are a must as well as the pizza.

Amazing food! Great service! I haven't tried one thing that wasn't good. Cute little restaurant and excellent menu

Waited 30 minutes for a cold cheeseburger. Not quite sure I understand how that works. But, even cold it was still good food, so there's that.

Great MILKSHAKES!! Nice hometown burger joint. 100 times better than your other fast food choices.
