Great service, great people, great experience.

Blower motor on my Trane unit died. OEM price from 4 other estimates was over 2x what Phil quoted me. Middle of June on a tight budget and I didn't want OEM parts, I wanted aftermarket parts. Nobody else would even discuss what they call a "rescue motor". Phil quoted me right away on a rescue motor without even asking if I wanted OEM and installed it the same day. I felt like the other guys were up-selling me. I knew what I wanted and I knew what the general differences were in parts. They ran into some problems with my electrical too, but the quote remained the same. Phil and his crew were super polite and friendly. Seemed like they enjoyed working together, which leads me to believe Phil knows how to treat people. Employees and customers. Great experience and I'll be using these guys from here on out for my AC needs. Definitely give them a call.

I had this company come out to check my AC unit he put on the new capacitor said the compressor was bad I would have to replace the whole unit so I got a second opinion and they put on a new capacitor in my unit is fine working great it did not need be replaced I'm very disappointed being a contractor myself that's not the way you treat people.

I was so happy, I couldn't believe it!
And just enough time for a cold shower!

After only a very short wait,
Philip arrived with his son.

And just like that, they were done!

Came out on a holiday weekend and didn't charge any extra fees, put a quick fix on our A/C unit by installing a motor and left and drew up some prices for what it would cost to replace the 15+ year old unit, he came out 2ish days later and installed it. Would HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone. Truly professional and efficient.

Phil Mullin and his team replaced an aging Goodman a/c unit and installed a Mitsubishi ductless mini-split system. Their price and warranty beat out 4 other competitors from Angie's List. They are a Mitsubishi Diamond contractor - so they can offer the best 12-year warranty in the business.

They came when they promised, the installation was quick, they hauled away the old system and sealed ducts and attic. My electric usage dropped by 40% - from 50 KWH/day to 30 KWH. And my home is positively chilly.

This honest, affordable family business are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Call them first.

I wanted to express how much I appreciated an honest business owner. Had some questionable findings from another air company and after a visit from Philip my concerns were verified. Great guy and took time to explain and provide answers to every question I could throw at him. Will definitely use his services going forward and will have no problem telling anyone who ask about AC work who to call.

Mullin AC came out the day I called. Found that the problem was a leak in the coil which they showed me. They got the coil the next morning and repaired the unit that afternoon. The technicians were friendly, courteous, and very informative. Reasonably priced and I feel the AC is working better than when installed. I highly recommend them.

Phil was out today to install a new coil, after a preliminary visit to see what the problem was with a Freon leak. He charged me for neither visit, despite the fact that he worked with his crew (his sons?) for 3 hours in the burning sun, during the installation. Yes, the A. C. was under warranty, but he could have easily charged me for the labor. He didn't. He is a very generous and skilled man, who is honest and prompt. I'll be sticking with him and spreading the word about a solid professional and nice guy.
