I should have read yelp before coming here. Google give a different perspective and made it seem like this was a good PetSmart to get my dog groomed. First, it only has cost us $65-$75 to get our dog groomed at local groomers and usually takes around 4 hours. It cost us $133 and we've gotten more and more upset with the result of our Peanut since his appointment and more concerned with how he's been acting.

This is a bit more lengthy then our Google review. His groomer was ridiculous. Claimed my dogs ears were matted? I even called his walker and asked and they were super shocked. I had even brushed him the night prior. The tips of his ears get tangled but he's a doodle, nothing that brushing can't fix. Instead he decided to cut my dog's ears all the way down which he's been extremely in pain about. The inside of my dogs ears are scabbed and bleeding, and flinches when touched. In addition to that his cut is absolutely ridiculous. We asked for the teddy bear cut and he looks like Walter Brimley. That isn't an unusual ask and is a very common cut. He looks nothing like he should.

Attached are photos of his cut. The last two photos is of before. I wish we didn't even get him cut. He's curled up at home and has been odd. He was panting in the other photo, and shaking for the rest of the day. We even told the groomer our dog had anxiety. He's been weird since he got home. What happened to him in there.

Might I recommend Pet Supplies Plus in Factoria or Pet Station in Newcastle. Even the Bellevue location is better.

My girlfriend, has decided to start taking the dogs here for grooming.
Each dog seems to have a different attitude about how the want to be groomed or whether they want their nails done.
They do come back smelling good and a couple are excited about getting to look around the store after getting bathed.
It is easier to take them in at different time so they don't put smart the other animals or knock the groomers around.

My dog absolutely LOVES coming here! She knows all of the associates and loves going to daycare. She gets excited to see all of her friends, human and dog

I arrived after 9:00 (closing time) and thought I'd lucked out when I found the doors still open. Then, when I went to check out, I saw this sign at the register and was disappointed.

To my surprise, however, a kind gentleman walked up behind me just then and reopened the register to ring me out. I'd known it was likely I'd be turned away at that hour and was grateful to not have to make another trip to get my boyfriend's pets' food. Thank you, PetSmart!

Uneven haircut?! Arghhh! Didn't check him we picked him up and noticed the uneven &bald spots after we got back. It looks like a 5-minute job done by an amateur. The stylist did not trim the paw hair either. The shampoo has a overwhelmingly fragrance smell, be aware if you're sensitive!

First time at the Issaquah location and have to say I'm disappointed. Before Covid we've been going to PetSmart in Renton and no surprises there. And since Covid, I started grooming our dog at home, and honestly the $30 tool from Amazon does a great job, just gets messy and takes about an hour each time.

I will stick to self grooming unless have to, or it'll be the Renton location. I'm just glad there was no cuts/bleeding, and it did save us the Saturday afternoon.

I guess I should have read the reviews before bringing my dog to the dog hotel, but it was last minute and we needed somewhere to take her quickly so we wouldn't miss our flight!!! Upon our return, our dogs bed was soaked in filth and we immediately had to trash it! So it bothers me that they allowed her to urinate and poop all over it for an ENTIRE week!!! Not to mention, she gets home and think it's ok to poop in her kennel which she has NEVER done until now! I am so pissed right now I feel they should be investigated or turned into the AG!!! Trust and believe, this will never happen again.

Your team is disgusting and should be trained to truly take care of animals the proper way!

Do not send your dog to the Pet Hotel! My dog stayed in the petshotel last week, he has been sick ever since the first day he got home. He has been having vomiting and diarrhea. This place has no cameras on boarding and they won't commit to anything. The doctor said my dog probably ate something he shouldn't be eating at the Hotel. When I called the hotel, they wont take any responsibility. If your dog is sick during the stay, it's your responsibility not the hotel, I was told that by the assistance manager there! I have the pictures here for evidence. Again do not send your dog there!

Only giving one star because there's no other choice. Horrible experience. My wife rented l a carpet cleaner, paid deposit. I returned it, but they would not return the deposit because I didn't have her credit card. They would only give me a merchandise credit. So now I have $30 to a store I will never shop at.

Wow I happen to be in the Issaquah area when I needed to kill some time before an appointment so I went in to get something's for my puppy that I just got a few days ago I was genuinely happy with the customer service of EVERYONE in this store it was great I got my questions answered about everything as I was leaving after I made my purchase a black gentle chased me down that was helping me find some items in the store and offered a free pet smart training clicker! I was hyped this was by far the best customer service I've gotten at a retail store in forever it was refreshing
