This store is always in such good shape. The staff is very well informed and very customer service oriented. Its always a pleasure to stop in here.

Came here this past weekend mainly for the traveling veterinarians who were going to be at this location on Saturday. My low maintenance (except for the grooming part) fur baby needed some vaccinations, and I wanted to check out this pet store. A win-win situation!

Pet Supermarket is in the extremely busy Toco Hills Shopping Center, which has a huge and free parking lot for all the neighboring businesses. The veterinarians occupied a little area in the middle of the store, and there was no line because I got there a couple of hours after they started seeing patients. My Suki was such a great patient, didn't whine or bite, but then she doesn't do those anyway. It took less than 15 minutes for everything they needed to do, and the prices were reasonable.

Walked around the store. Prices were kind of higher than the larger and more popular stores. The store was well organized and clean. It was funny to watch Suki look through everything, especially in the dog toys area. She is a small dog and weighs only 11 lbs, and she was so interested in the large toys. Some of those toys were almost half her weight.

This store sells live animals, and today I saw chameleons, lizards, rabbits, birds and "skinny" guinea pigs. It's not that they were actually skinny, like thin, but barely had any fur, looking as if a kid had taken electric shears and shaved most of their fur off of their bodies. They were very energetic, though. All of the animals that I saw, including the fish, were healthy.

This store, even though it's smaller in size than the mega pet stores, looks like it stocks most of the necessities for your pets.

Customer service: Mark helped a ton! I walked in, asked him about an item, and he went the extra mile to walk me to the item and gave his insight. I wasn't expecting such great assistance, so thank you, Mark!! I saw how he behaved with the other customers as well, and he is really kind-hearted. Great staff member!

Store: Very bright store, great price labels, and easy layout to walk through. Such a satisfying shopping experience based on the organization of the store.

Would I recommend? Yes.
Will I be back? Maybe. The prices were a bit high, but I like the variety, so maybe.

Friendly and a knowledgeable staff, Takes their time to explain what you and buying and how you should use it. They have items that you often will not find at other places. Prices are very fair.

Visited this establishment on Saturday 7/01/23. The three staff members at the registers (around 10am) are the "bottom of the barrel". They know nothing & could not care less about store product or customer service. It is a shame that they are being paid to do nothing but suck their teeth & roll their eyes

Have I have my fish dad, and although I brought the wrong receipt, they were very gracious and kind to me and gave me a store credit. I also return the fish in the wrong way, but now I know how to do it next time if there ever is the next time thank you so much.

Pet Supermarket was cool when I dashed in 5 minutes before closing to buy a few cans of grain-free cat food. It was pretty easy to locate what I needed quickly, and there were many brands of food for sale. Prices seemed reasonable, and the employees didn't give me the stink eye or anything. Success!

Good well stocked pet shop. Went there as I was in that area and picked up some supplies from there.

The staff was friendly and cooperative. Good place reasonable price.

One of the few places intown that still sells feeder rats and mice. They're good in my book for that reason.

So Pet Supermarket is one of the few local pet stores that carry the Cat litter that I want. The staff is always friendly and helpful and they always have a great selection of not only the things that I need but stuff I want as well. One of the bad things that I don't like about this place is it's location and parking lot. Change or fix this and my review goes from 3 to 4 stars.

I come here often and I was disappointed that today the two associates did not have on mask.
