Pensacola Beach Rv Resort

First off, the service is some of the best I've seen in a park/resort, and for good reason. The sites are very narrow and very close to your neighbors. For the people with a 5th Wheel or large motor home, you'll need the help to guide you in.
The location of this resort is perfect. It's located on the bay side of the island, walking distance to the gulf, restaurants, and shops.
I recommend Nolas for breakfast, Flounders for lunch, Felixs for dinner, and Peg Leg Petes for oysters and beer.
Very nice amenities like a pool, private beach area with complimentary lounge chairs, playground for kids and a dog park.
Good WiFi, great cable service, good local TV options, good water pressure, and clean electricity. We camped at Pensacola Beach RV Resort in a Travel Trailer.

This park is beautiful, great location with direct access to the bayside and walkable to the gulf side. It was a bit pricey as we only stayed one night but we have a bayside site (#11) and it was wonderful. Facilities are very clean and staff was friendly and welcoming.

Even though it rained our entire trip we still enjoyed the stay. The location was great for access to everything and just a short 1/4 mile or so walk to the beach.
Tiki bar had a mixed vibe of younger people and retirees.
My kids tried fishing off the on-site pier, not much luck other than a very large hard head. But it was convenient for sitting out having a beer while they fished.

Twice in a row, we had a group of four. We made reservations a year in advanced and promised we would all be together. Both times, they did the exact same thing. Three were together and the fourth was in the crappiest spot of the whole park - right beside a green dump of a house that you could walk out the front of your RV without nearly bumping into the house. Construction on it was going on all during the day and at night, people were partying on the deck. Absolutely miserable. We were assured it wouldn't happen again. The next trip down, we were all given the exact same spots! The staff would do nothing to accommodate us. Will never come to this place again.

This campground is right in the middle of everything that's happening at the beach. Views of the water from the premium sites are unbeatable. We've only been there in the off season - Jan and Feb but have had enough nice days (low 70s) to enjoy the outside. Staff is friendly and helpful. Sites have plenty of room and are well kept. The site we had this time, #8, had utilities on either side of the pad to accommodate backing in or forward facing. Great unobstructed view of the sound. Didn't try the heated pool but saw that it was open.

There are good breakfast places right next door and all the touristy restaurants are an easy walk away. Better dining is available on the mainland.

Stayed here 1 night in a premium site to check it out for a future, longer term trip. Really amazing how much atmosphere this small park has. Spaces are tight but it didn't bother me because they have so much going for them. Tiki bar, proximity to food and recreation, and the people staying here are so friendly. Looking forward to our return in Sept!

Great place to park your rig, on the island private dog friendly beach area. We are here off season so the bar is closed but that doesn't make much of a difference there are a dozen places to eat/drink within a short walk of the park.

Great resort within walking distance of at least a dozen restaurants. It's across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and they have their own beach on the sound. The sites are very close to each other but who cares? It's a beach resort! The interior roads are asphalt and every site is concrete.
The staff is fantastic. They go above and beyond starting with escorting you to your site and helping you get settled in.

We just spent 5 nights at Pensacola Beach RV Resort. We loved it. It's clean, quiet, and the staff was amazing. The sites are level and spacious. My only complaint would be, I'd rather have the concrete pad for our outdoor space versus the picnic table that was there, but otherwise, we loved our site! We'll be back!

Don't stay in their campers for rent. We have stayed here twice and would love to stay again. But the campers they rent are terrible. They used to have an Airstream. And replaced it with a tiny piece of junk camper.

Our roof leaked the whole time we were there. And their only fix was to offer us a "room" with no Windows or kitchen (which wouldn't work because we had a fridge full of food and many other reasons).

We expected more.
