A friend suggested this place for brunch... and it did not disappoint! To get to it is a bit odd. You have to drive past pier 66 and then walk along a long dock and you will find it.
This is a hidden gem for brunch. There were ppl but it wasn't overly crowded which I loved. The views were lovely.
20 dollar unlimited mimosas! I ordered the pink shrimp and it was so good. The staff was friendly. Overall thoroughly enjoyed this place and would absolutely come back!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - 85130288Sep 24, 2019
Gorgeous views of the intracoastal, especially at sunset and the service here is great. The menu has a nice selection of casual seafood and other dishes and the food is pretty good. I got crab cake sliders and my hubs got a burger. The sliders came with a salad with mango on it, which was great. The crab cakes themselves were good, but with hard fried breading and some filler. My husband enjoyed his burger.
Kudos to the bar for serving great (and real) drinks. I say this because my husband only drinks a certain brand of scotch on the rocks and we've been to too many restaurants that try to serve a cheaper brand instead. It's frustrating having to deal with this, but we got the real deal here and will always keep this bar in our minds as an honest one.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

What a truly delightful find for a South Florida Native! My colleague and I stumbled upon this hidden gem after leaving our conference at the Broward Convention Center and couldn't be more pleased.
This restaurant sits on the southeast corner of Pier 66 and is surrounded by gorgeous water and magnificent yachts.
Their menu was surprisingly gluten free and health conscious with cocktail selection being so yummy- one wouldn't know what to order first.
Rachel and her team were super friendly and we were so happy to experience this.Helpful 2Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

As most of the places I've reviewed this week this place doesn't skimp out on the view! We don't have the ocean this close to Austin so I've been soaking up all these outdoor restaurants close by. This place is no exception, good views, good service, and good food! We started off with some ceviche and the server who is knowledgeable about the menu gave us the run down on what was good. So as was per recommendation I ordered the fish tacos with a side which were the largest fish tacos I've probably ever eaten. It was served with a chipotle mayo sauce and even though there are two you only really need one taco. I also requested to try the guava bbq sauce which was super amazing as well.
Enjoy the sunset and good food!Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0Business owner information

If you're looking for a romantic date setting with a great view - this is place.
When you turn in, you do have to go through the hotel parking lot and grab and ticket. The restaurant does validate it for you. Once you park, there is a bit of a walk along the water to get to the restaurant. Good views so I didn't mind the walk.
The restaurant is up a staircase and overlooks the inter coastal so super pretty.
We made a reservation since it was New Years Eve but when we got there it was pretty quiet which was nice. We had one waitress who seemed to be the only server but she was super nice and checked on us when she was able to.
I order the skirt steak and it was delicious. The small salad that comes on the plate was a nice surprise. I liked the cashews that were on it with mango. I didn't expect that I would enjoy the sides as much as the skirt steak and the chimichurri was great.
I definitely will come back to try other things and to enjoy the view again!Helpful 5Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0 - Jayant G.Wilton Manors, FL571081Jan 13, 2020
When a restaurant does something sleazy to save a buck, it leaves a very bad taste, and it loses in the long run.
Four of us friends went to Pelican Landing for lunch. The place is nice with amazing views.
Asked the waitress for specials, and she rattled of a couple of things. Asked her about the Monday BOGO special which was listed on the website. She went and checked with the manager who informed us that it was NOT available for lunch and only applied to entrees. The AD did not mention that. We were not given any discount, or apology.
Even though we enjoyed the meal, we all felt that we got ripped off. We eat out a lot, but will not go back there or recommend it.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Oremi H.Fort Lauderdale, FL35463198Feb 22, 2020
Went because I thought they had happy hour everyday from 2-6. That's what I saw in all the other reviews. Now they only do it sun-thur. Kinda disappointed since I was looking to get a few drinks with a girlfriend during sunset. At $12-$16 for a glass of wine, it was pretty steep for me personally. However there are amazing waterfront views and ton of super yachts parked in back.
Fiancé got a chicken sandwich with a generous side salad. Fried green tomato was good and the brioche bun was nice and toasty.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - May 15, 2017
Ate here twice in the span of 36 hours. So yes, I really liked my experience(s) at Pelican Landing.
Even if they had awful, terrible food (which they absolutely don't) Pelican Landing still weighs in at 5 stars because of it's location and views. The restaurant is located at the end of the pier. and you basically feel like you are eating in the middle of the harbor. There is a large outdoor dining patio on the top level that boasts fantastic waterfront views. And the multimillion dollar yachts don't hurt either.
I came in for dinner on a Saturday night and lunch on a Monday and had no trouble finding a spot on the top deck during either visit. For dinner, my family and I started off with a couple apps - wings and tostones. The wings are just okay. Decent flavor, but not very plump and juicy. The tostones were phenomenal and came topped with a heaping portion of flavorful shredded pork. For a main I followed the lead of basically every table around me and ordered the fish tacos. The order came with two enormous tacos that were stuffed to the brim with fresh fish, cabbage and other veggies. There were also fries served on the side. I had one taco and with the apps this was more than enough to fill me up. I washed everything down with one of the many local beers that were offered on tap.
For lunch the mans and I went splits on shrimp ceviche and crab cake sliders. The shrimp ceviche was extremely fresh and came with plantain chips for dipping. The crab cake sliders were just okay- very bread heavy and not much aioli. The real highlight of the dish was actual the tropical side salad which had lots of fresh mango, shredded coconut, hearts of palm and cashews.
While the prices could be a bit better, and the menu could be a bit larger I would still return to Pelican Landing in a heartbeat. Fish tacos and views for days. What more could you ask for?Helpful 14Thanks 0Love this 15Oh no 0 - Nov 19, 2019
The menu is kind of small but will say it does have variety of options, from salad, to fish tacos, wrap, to salmon . The view is beautiful here and definitely a gorgeous ambience. We decided to start with the ceviche appetizer and I highly recommend if you are a seafood lover like myself . Our waitress Alexa was amazing!! She was super sweet very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. I was undecided on what I should order from the menu and recommended me to try the pelican salad which comes with sweet coconut vinegar dressing, I added some chicken to it and my friend had the fish tacos . The food was incredible. From the app to the main course. I will have to say this place is definitely a hidden gem . It's located between all the docks and might be little bit hard to find but just ask around and people by the boats will guide you .

This nice restaurant has a wonderful location with a gorgeous water view.
I normally try not to go back to places, so I can try new ones, but this is one of the restaurants I want to go over and over again.
Because of their amazing and nice service
Because of the phenomenal view
Because they have a seating area inside and outside
Because their food was sensational...I had the shredded meat, which was practically melting in my mouth, the pork meatballs are one of the BEST ones I have tried. Everything was so tasty.
See you soon!Helpful 12Thanks 0Love this 12Oh no 0Business owner information
