Only experience I have is reading extremely hurtful comments in my relative's will directed at me. Any decent attorney might question the necessity of such comments since the obvious, sole purpose was to bring about emotional distress of the reader it was intended, or should I say, targeted. I was under the impression when dealing with sensitive matters one should attempt the utmost respect and humility bringing about as peaceful as possible someone's final wishes and those they leave behind who must endure and accept the inevitable.
Unfortunately, attempts to remain at ease are nearly impossible. In the future, I would hope Mr. Peles finds it in his heart to guide his clients toward peaceful resolutions rather than encouraging hostility.
