Very nice neighborhood restaurant with delicious food. Very nice atmosphere and the staff is personable and professional. The menu provides a wide range of choices, a number of which are unique to this relatively large restaurant. Ample parking. A nice buffet is also available at lunchtime.

Everything we've eaten has been delicious and they have ample parking. The portions are generous. Very friendly and attentive personnel.

Peking is my favorite local Chinese food restaurant!
I've had the fried rice, beef LO Mein, spring rolls, steamed dumplings, and wonton soup (which comes with the BEST "crunchies," as my family would call them). Everything I've tried has been great!
I normally order takeout and pick the food up. It's always hot and delicious, and goes far -- they give you A LOT of food!
If you haven't tried Peking and are looking for a great local Chinese spot, I encourage you to check it out!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - John J.Midlothian, VA08Apr 18, 2023
The best dining establishment in Tomah. Generous portions and an engaging owner. Clean and quiet atmosphere. Great choice for families.

This review is only for the Sunday Buffet. Which is the only Chinese buffet I would ever go to. The cleanliness and staff are second to none. We have been coming since the 90s, took a 20 yr break out west, and it is just the same quality and taste coming back. We have never had a MSG attack and the clientele usually look very nice on a Sunday. We just live our Sundays at Peking

First time visit here and it was a very good experience. We were there for lunch and sampled the appetizer platter and the crab puffs. The platter was very good and priced nice for what you got. The ribs on the platter were so yummy and tender. The crab puffs did not come out with the appetizer and that was a bummer but when they came with our lunch they were hot and delicious. Lunch specials are an awesome value. Service was attentive and polite. Will definitely be coming back to try dinner. It was such a great atmosphere in the restaurant it mag be our new regular lunch spot.

I went to New Peking several weeks ago and ordered the cashew chicken which, by far, was the most disgusting plate of food I've ever seen. It literally looked as if they took the leftovers from the previous diners and put it on my plate. The water chestnuts were indistinguishable from the celery and the color of the chicken looked as if the chicken died a horrible death months ago. I highly recommend when you're in the mood for Chinese food, you go elsewhere and fast!

We recently got delivery from Peking. It wasn't bad. Fried rice was abundant. I enjoyed the chicken and vegetables, but not so much the vegetable egg roll. Overall the food was good and delivery time wasn't too long.

I didn't dislike it but I didn't love it either. Sesame chicken sauce was so so. Chicken was fried too crispy and hard to eat. Fried rice was kind of flavorless. The place was pretty empty so kind of indicative. I don't know that I'd go back.

I have always truly enjoyed peking restuarant and have gone for manager years since it was the only Chinese restaurant that I could comfortably goto with seafood allergies. I know they went under new ownership a couple of years ago, I wanted to cry when the new manager told me. Well today was my first day ordering in a couple of years and I not happy. I'm in the hospital and ordered several items for delivery. One of the entrees was sweet and sour chicken with no onions. I received it full of onions. I called the restaurant and the young lady who answered said it didnt contain onions. My nurse yelled yes it does. Then they wanted to give me a credit instead of a new order. I told them I'm in the hospital and want the food, they send a new order and over half the food was tough and cold. Oh how I miss the previous owners

I made reservations for Christmas Day for 14 of us. It was the best experience I've had with the wait staff and management. Everything was perfect. The food was fast out and really yummy. Anything we asked for was served with a smile. Great place, great people. Thanks for making our Christmas dinner so special!
