I had contacted Peerless in the desperate hope of having a number of old commercial doors fixed immediately in order to pass our Use and Occupancy inspection for a new business. I chose Peerless after reading many glowing reviews. My call was immediately returned by Ed the owner. I described what we had and he came over that day and began his repairs the next day.
Ed is an impeccable craftsman. He works quickly, safely, cleanly. He thoroughly described what repairs were needed and kept me constantly in the loop as work progressed. He had a large number of problems fixed in just two visits. His repairs made these old crappy doors work like new - saving us big money. We brought the code enforcement officer and fire marshal in to inspect the day after Ed finished and we passed without any problem.
I can't begin to thank Ed and his professional craftsmanship enough. He is a great businessman and an even better person. If you are in need of glass/door repairs stop right now and call Peerless. Ed is the gold standard and NOBODY will do you better.
Thanks Ed!Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Marv S.NJ, NJ2164Aug 8, 2017
To whomever it may concern:
I called yesterday to get someone to repair a door at my business in Cherry Hill, NJ. Specifically, Orangetheory Fitness. Whoever answered the phone didn't give me her name but said if she can send someone she would call me. I called this morning, and reminded her who I was politely and wanted to know if she had an idea when she can send someone out so I can plan my day around it as we need this door fixed. With a nasty tone and attitude she said, "I told you yesterday I would call you if I can send someone out!" I said, "you know what cancel the order" and she said "O.K." and hung up before I can ask for a manager or owner to complain about her attitude. I called back and asked to speak to a manager or owner and she said she can take a message. I proceeded to ask for a phone number and she said, "I'm the manager and I will not give you any phone numbers!" I told her I don't appreciate her attitude and she began saying I'm harassing her and that I'm giving her an attitude and that she's going to call my boss. I said, "I am the owner." She said, "I will call your franchiser because you're a franchisee and tell them you're harassing me!" Again, she hung up!
What kind of a business allows a person to speak to potential clients this way. Additionally, adding insult to injury by accusing me of harassing them. In addition to being a franchisee, I am the regional manager for Pennsylvania and South Jersey (currently 17 studios going on 25 in the next year) for Orangetheory Fitness and a International Corporate Master Educator. I wouldn't have these titles if I had a history of harassing people and having bad customer service skills. I train and develop teams in sales and customer service locally and internationally and I am floored by this interaction and will be using it as an example of bad customer service as it's been one of the WORST I've had in my life.
If you are the manager or owner and you'd like to reach out to me you may reach me at this email address or my mobile number *** *** **** if you'd like to discuss further.
I would appreciate this email being forwarded to the owner or this person's direct supervisor. She seems to be the only receptionist working there yesterday afternoon and this morning 8/8/17.
Thank you for taking the time out in reading this feedback and thank you in advance for addressing this serious customer service issue.

OUTSTANDING Business. So happy to know this company exist. Needed a commercial window that suddenly fractured. Ed the owner came the same day I called and his lovely wife took the message. Within 10 days the removal and installation was finished. It is a great when you work with a family business. His son is now involved and is exactly like his dad. Can't wait to spread the word.

We had called peerless doors for them to install new doors on our store front. They came out and gave us an estimate on the same day. They were professional and very pleasant to deal with. They answered any questions we had in a very timely manner. When they installed the new doors they did it cleanly and any mess that was made they made sure it was cleaned up and left the same way it was when they started. We would recommend and use them again.
