Changed optometrists after moving to the city from suburbs and this location and group was recommended and I couldn't have been happier. Every person my partner and I interacted with was great; there was a very short time to book an appointment and once there everybody was upfront about options and the process. Dr. Weekes was thorough and very nice, and Victoria is the frame whisperer. The technician who did the initial testing before getting back to the doctor explained everything as we went through it and they were friendly and kind. Very happy I switched and I will send people their way. Yay fam!

I really like this place. My initial consultation was with Andrea and she was great. I felt like she was very knowledgeable about not only improving my eyesight but she also has a good eye for fashion. Drew was very helpful and kind - it's good to know that a national chain is in such good hands with a local owner. The Dr and the technician were also very knowledgeable and nailed my prescription. This was my first pair of glasses (and now my second, because I lost my first) and the team is great! Thanks!!!!

I am not a stranger to Pearl vision, but to this location I was. First, the location is super cute. The interior is so pleasing to the eye and feels like home. I was greeted by the receptionist and he was so kind. The doctor was fantastic at explaining everything that would be occurring during the visit. The entire team there is amazing and I really did feel like I was talking to friends and family during my visit. They did have a large variety of glasses to choose from as well. I will be back!

I had an amazing experience today with Dr Zachary Weekes and his staff, Drew and Laura. Dr. Weekes is very personable, knowledgeable and caring. His exam was very thorough and I learned a lot while under his care. He answered all my questions, demonstrated to me the difference between a healthy eye and an unhealthy one. He also provided lots of guidance on how to keep my eyes healthy. Drew, the receptionist, checked me in and made sure all of my documentation was complete. He is very pleasant and efficient and keeps the reception area organized and cleaned. Laura was just lovely. She guided me through all of the preliminary tests and gathered more detailed information about my eye history. She asked me things I hadn't really thought about before. One of the tests we had to redo because she wanted to make sure the measurements were correct, but I also think it was part of her innate sense of professionalism. The office setting is very pleasant and comfortable, and they have a nice selection of frames. Everything was explained to me clearly every step of the way. I recommend getting your exam at this Pearl Vision location.

I had not had an eye exam since 2019 and with the pandemic outbreak, that trend continued. Turning 60 this year, I felt I needed to go in and get my eyes checked out, just to make sure everything was ok. I was not experiencing any issues, but it doesn't hurt to stay on top of things.

Making an appointment was very easy using the online system. The staff was quite pleasant. As soon as I walked in I was greeted in a warm manner and taken care of right away by Victoria. She took my history and did the initial exam. Then I met with Dr. Weeks. He was very nice and thorough in his explanations. Each step of the exam, he and Victoria explained what they were doing and why. I loved that they had a machine that was able to take a photo of the back of my eyes. That was awesome to see as well as the entire eyeballs done to retinas. The service at this location was just wonder and I am happy to say that I still have 20/20 eyesight. I was also happy that there was no hard push to make me get glasses. While my vision is still good, Dr. Weeks did say that with a recommended prescription, my sight could be even clearer. When I said no thanks, I am good with what I have for now. that was the end of the discussion. But did mention that I could come down for eye checks for eye irritation due to allergies...now that I may take him up on.

I was not much for doing eye exams but this will be my go to place. I have always had eye exam insurance and never used it, so now I am going to bet my money's worth and spend it here. There is plenty of street parking and it is on the 22 Clark Street and 81 Lawrence bus lines if you take public transportation. Can't say enough nice things about this location and the service.

One of the doctors refused to take my wife's insurance, but another one there would, and they didn't even try to accommodate to schedule our appointments together after that. They decided to inform us that they weren't going to take the insurance the day before even though the appointment was scheduled for about a week and we had no problem with her insurance the time before.

It's extremely disappointing when there cancellation policy charges $20 for 24hrs and $50 for 2 hours. If you cancel this fee has to be paid up front before they allow you to book a new appointment. Wow! People's schedules change and charging that is ridiculous, also the tone of the person on the phone was extremely off putting as well, requiring proof of insurance before booking an appointment. I see the policy has drastically changed since I was there 2 years ago.

While I really like Dr. Meeks I do not like these new policies. So I instead will go up to Visionary on Clark where they don't have a cancellation policy!

Came in here as a new patient for a general eye exam and contacts prescription. The staff here is super friendly, and Dr. Weeks is great - he listens to you and is very thorough in the examination process. Only reason for a less than perfect rating is that I was given a new prescription that was far too strong, which ended up making me nauseous and dizzy. We were able to switch out the contacts for a new prescription, but it took over two weeks which impacted my ability to drive, etc. However, now that we've got it right, this will be my go-to place for future eye exams!

They did a good job taking care of me and were friendly. When i went to pick up my glasses the guy i talked to wasn't as friendly as my optometrist or the other ppl that helped me pick out my glasses, that's okay though cuz everybody else was cool.
