My family tried to get an appointment here. I've been coming here for years, and while Jennifer was always helpful, the new receptionist, Natalie was rude and hung up on us when we tried to ask for additional information on the new changes in their insurance coverage. It was pretty disappointing.

This office rocks!! There's not 1 time where the staff did their very best in accommodating my schedule and when pain attacks! Dr. Broad is my usually practitioner but this time due to the busy schedule, I had the please of meeting Dr. Nowicki was well as he took over the rest of my treatment that needed to be done. Excellent work!

P.S. Don't let the building (or weird wandering people in the parking lot) deter you from coming -- once your in the office, you'll be in great hands!

I know I am young, like under 30-years-old, kind of young but I have had issues with my lower back and hips for years and now that my health insurance covers chiropractic care, why not see if it could be a quick fix?!

The location of this office is in the same building in Pearl City as the now closed Flamingo's restaurant. With construction on-going on Kam Hwy, it's rather confusing how you're supposed to get into the parking levels. Be careful, the top floor (roofless floor) has a very steep in and out ramp which can be tricky if you have a low car. You'll have to walk to the elevator and go to the 3rd floor. This building is old and seems empty in occupancy but I easily found the entrance to their office.

Both doctors are very welcoming and personable. I felt comfortable for my first time at a chiropractor. I don't seem to have any chronic back problems that they could pinpoint so I don't completely feel the need to see a chiropractor though they did suggest coming back for several more visits. I haven't been billed yet though they do check your insurance beforehand. I don't have any other chiropractic experience to compare this to, but Pearl City Chiropractic was a pleasant experience for me.

I have been seeing Dr Broad for about 20 years. She has always been professional, caring and always makes time for my busy schedule. They have moved locations and the office now is bright, clean and much more welcoming. If you want a chiropractor with year of knowledge you found the right place!

Amazing Doctors that put your health and well being above anything else. They take the time to sit down and discuss with you everything you need to know about your condition if you're there for an injury and go above and beyond to make sure they address any questions or concerns you may have. Plus studying Dr. Nowiki's artwork is nice way to pass the time while in the lobby. But you may want to snap a photo of it because typically the wait period is no longer than 5 minutes.

My first adjustment was done on April 28 and just had my second adjustment today. My pinch nerve on left shoulder blade area and low back pain is gone. Dr BROAD provided excellent patient care to include addressing all of my back related issues. She will take the time to re -examine you and make added adjustments. Quality care

I have been going to PCC for two months and each time I am very impressed with the receptionist and the two Chiropractors. The two doctors both consider you their patient so no matter when you go you always will get your problem worked on.
I have had a chronic back problem for years and have gone to a lot of masseuse, acupuncture practitioners and chiropractors and none were as good as Dr. Broad and Dr. Nowicki.

I turn to Dr. Nowicki,Dr. Broad,and staff and Pearl City Chiropractic for relief! They are all so pleasant and the office is cozy and clean. Dr. Nowicki takes the time to listen to what's bothering you and gives you the best care depending on your problem. He's helped me before and I have gotten much better and see the results! They are awesome! Thank you Dr. Nowicki,Dr.Broad,& team!

The staff was helpful and friendly and got my husband in on short notice. So happy to have finally found an awesome chiropractor here Jennifer was amazing!!
