Blaze Pizza

I came into Blaze Pizza on a busy Friday night and it was clear that staff was a little overwhelmed. I tried to order the Green Stripe but did not receive it. For whatever reason, the arugula and pesto were left off, leaving me with a chicken and red pepper pizza, very tasty but not what I'd expected. My girlfriend's double pepperoni, which I had the leftovers of, was phenomenal.

While most patrons got their pizza in a box regardless of whether they were eating in or carrying out (including two who ordered after me and received their pizza before me), I got mine on a molten hot metal tray that was way too hot to the touch. The pizza wasn't cut too well and the plastic knife and fork available for patrons didn't do the best job of cutting through the hot pizza. The tines of the fork actually melted a bit.

I'm not opposed to getting carryout from here (the pizza tasted very good, after all) but I don't know that I'd eat in again.

Personally, this is my least favorite Blaze Pizza, and personalized pizza place of all time.

The main reason I do not like them is because their ingredients are not fresh. I truly believe that the best way to see the food standards of a restaurant is through their greens.

I ordered a side salad. The lettuce was old and not only that, but it had been sitting in the refrigerator so long that the croutons were stale and soggy. At other chain personalized pizza places, they often give you the option to "modify" your salads as well. Here there is only the chose between a plain caesar or a berry salad.

I thought okay well maybe there is just not a high enough demand for salads here. But then I got arugula as one of the toppings for my pizza after it was done cooking and that was also old.

Absolutely disgusting. I wanted to order a dessert here as well but the odds that that also would be stale were just too high to risk it.

The customer service here is also lacking.
We ordered online and the food was not ready when it said it would be and then took an extra 20 minutes after we arrived to the restaurant.

Lastly the vibes of this places are far from warm and inviting. Feels closer to a prison with how dark and cold it is inside. And quiet, but still having all sounds echo.

Why did I forget that there was a Blaze pizza near me. Silly me I used to go to the one near my son when he was living in towson. If you sign up for the club you will receive discounts and freebies. The service was on point because the pizza was ready at the promised time. I placed my order online. Told them my name and received my pizza. It was a little on the dry side. Could have used a bit more sauce but it still was good. I noticed the table I was using to check my food could have been cleaned off. Overall 3.5 stars. It's my son's favorite pizza spot so I'm sure we would return. Movie theater right next door. So how convenient is that.

I haven't been thru here since 2006 !!!! This was the spot when it came out and there on after class we'd run up here whole crew!!... I came today with thy Mother 2-8-24 after seeing this wonderful but Educational Movie Origin!! I got a build your own red spicy sauce is still everything!! , pepperoni Italian sausage, her half pineapple green peppers, red onions and all I got . The flavor was still Good!! the Garlic Pesto get it swiped on the crust before the red sauce and after it's cooked sooo Goood!!! the service was great very accommodating, ambience was in it's regular bright orange and white! would come here anytime I'm in the area! .

If you like "&" Pizza (Love 'em) then you'll enjoy Blaze. Have your way, any way you like. Same concept little different taste. Absolutely delicious pizza. Is it considered comfort food? It should be because it feels so good. Staff in the location were excellent and very friendly m. It was my first time not my last by far. Stop by and make your pizza YOUR WAY. Get the goat cheese

Update: They have been way more consistent since my previous review and I love the blood orange drink. When I'm craving a hot, brick oven pizza, I'll come here any day.

Cozy vibe. Very spacious for large gatherings. Best of all, pizza is delicious and price friendly.

The pizza is amazing . Constantly servicing good pizza and good service . Restaurant is always clean and always a nice place to bring the family or co workers for pizza .

Always a good day when you drop by Blaze Pizza. With their quick and easy process of picking your favorite toppings for your thin or thick crust pizza you'll be enjoying fresh ingredients that will be all warm and toasted from the oven fire. You should be prepared to know what you want or at least know what you don't want. It'll be easier to tell them maybe what you don't want and then you can let them pile it up high for every bite to be full of your favorites.

I always stick with ordering in person because the app doesn't let you customize your pie as much as you can in person. I always opt for a pesto topping on the pie and the crust with white cream sauce drizzled through out. That way you get some flavor on the crust with the pesto but that's not the only sauce on the dish.

The pizza was cold. Very little toppings. Poor customer service. I am disappointed in my experience.
